@siany_d @PostOffice I don't for one minute think the lady in question was going to be using her own stationary, nor did I expect it. Let's agree to differ. I reiterate my first point that the post office displays dreadful customer service.

@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

@PostOffice Last visit was 14:40 this afternoon, finally left at 14:56, the gentleman in front of me was struggling to stand for this amount of time with no chairs available. I was only at the counter for 10 seconds, why can’t dropping off prepaid items be done at a self service machine.

@PostOffice Your counter service in Costcutter, Burnthouse Lane, Exeter is an absolute disgrace. They just close it up whenever they want and the rude, unprofessional staff don't even appear sorry. I spent half my lunch break on a wasted trip to post a Fathers' Day card.

@SusiesTreasure @PostOffice @RoyalMail The last few things from Hermes and even yodel have been fine. I had a bad experience with Hermes one time where the driver claimed to have delivered to me and falsified my signature on the electronic pad thing they had.

@Safa_a_h @PostOffice My main post office closed (Darlington) and the local WHSmith picked up the work. Whilst the service is open more days per week, having ONE person on the counter is not in anywhere enough, and we need to have QR scanning capacity at the self service area. Would help the queues.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes, can you help @PostOffice and let me know why I'm questioned every time I send a large letter? When what I send is clearly a large letter. But now if 'its snags in any way' through the template, it's a small parcel. When it clearly isn't! Conning the public again.

@PostOffice three times this week your Portsmouth City Centre (Slindon St) has been closed due to staff shortages. Many of the services you provide aren’t available elsewhere. Things must be bad when you can’t trade.

@PostOffice Why DM? So its not public. I've posted hundreds of items. Problem is, the Post Office staff are now arguing over every item, saying that they can no longer even touch sides of the template, which is ridiculous. Just another way of upping your charges. Absolute robbery.

@PostOffice It was ar 11am. This isn't the first time. They never have the self service machines in use. Can you please recruit more people in that branch as its getting ridiculous. I wasn't able to complete my grocery shop due to my son being too upset because of the long wait!!
