@siany_d @PostOffice I don't for one minute think the lady in question was going to be using her own stationary, nor did I expect it. Let's agree to differ. I reiterate my first point that the post office displays dreadful customer service.

@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

You know what I find amazing? Doesn’t matter who I ask, no one from @PostOffice or @RoyalMail can answer me what they are doing to help Post Office branches with lost fee’s due to this “Cyber Attack”

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Is the tardiness of Royal Mail in restoring overseas customs services to Post Office part of their grand plan to cut us out, partner with Evri, cut costs, reduce levels of service and move to a lower quality gig- economy model?

I got a Christmas card today that was mailed on December 15th. I moved 2 miles down the road. It took the @USPS seven weeks to forward the card. Nice to see the PostOffice is so on top of things. Certainly not a surprise.

@RoyalMailHelp @71_sepe @PostOffice ... be aware that RM will probably loose your item like they did with mine, 2 weeks to deliver a 1st class letter and it still hasn't arrived and all they say is 1st class is next day to 3 days... and never saying they will deliver my untracked item... it might end up on ebay.

Dear @PostOffice, the people at the very top should be encouraging post masters to directly write to their mp and secretary for small business. They say they're working "round the clock" to fix this "cyber incident", so why has it not been fixed yet? 1/4
