@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

Seems the masks will be sent with DHL ... I just hope a neighbour is home as I will be in the office on Monday and cannot pick them up at the postoffice on Tuesday as they are closed in the afternoons ... But well, in worst case I wear an FFP2 ... better than nothing.

another question is what checks and corrections are offered by #NDLS third question is what #PostOffice takes actions to circumvent the issue? At present customer is given causes and excuses rather than solution. Why customer should suffer for no fault of his/hers? 3/4

@siany_d @PostOffice Tuesday lunchtime last week, so discount Tuesday and Friday leaves two days, then all of this week discounting Monday, 6 days and it still isn’t showing in the account, the problem is now the post office don’t know where it is and the bank haven’t received it!! 4k cheque!

@PostOffice @IndiaPostOffice Head Post office, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand keeps its' front door & customer windows locked. In case one has to meet an official, he has to go around the whole building and enter thru back door.
