    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    @PostOffice Thanks. Rumours rife that this is part of longer term local closure strategy. This would be at odds with our village doubling households over next 3 years. Footnotes to letter support this view. Please advise

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    @PostOffice who do I contact please to get some money back? Instead of paying £3.20 for 2nd class parcel postage, I paid £6.57 for 1st class recorded only for the parcel to be left on the drive, no signature obtained. At least it was still there! Shocking service.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Just had a terrible experience with a staff member in Old coulsdon. I always buy postage online and just drop my parcels off, have for years with no issues but was aggressively told I had to join a 8 person deep queue with zero explanation? Very rude

    @IndiaPostOffice Very difficult to get service from postoffice. Local postoffice does not even disclose nominee name of deceased person. How nominee will know whether he/she is the nominee?
