    @PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!

    Our internet has been down for 5 days and counting. I'd love to tell you a story about rediscovering something meaningful but the reality is rage, frustration, expense missed deadlines and sorrow. I wish I'd never changed supplier @PostOffice 😟

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    Anyone complaining about the @PostOffice customer service clearly haven’t been served by Graeme at Asda post office at the Jewel Edinburgh .He just restored my faith in humanity. Couldn’t have been more helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

    @PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    @Kbwatson4 @RoyalMail @PostOffice Ikr it's so stupid, RM allow such mail to be taken if it’s paid for online, but you can’t do it there and then in person at a post office. Seems strange for a so-called cyberattack, surely it would be safer to do it in person then online???

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Paid for a service from a post office. Asked for a signed for service so you either mis sold me or your provider didn’t do their job properly either way I am your customer as I used your counter ! Customer service ?

    @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice The letter contained documents certified by a solicitor which cost me £100. Urgently needed which is why I can't risk continuing to wait like all the poor people who have been waiting for weeks/months £100 down the drain

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Honorable sir ippb online stopped working for online transfer to my SSA and PPF accounts . The 155299 complaint number is never picked . It's always a queue of minimum 1 hour at madambakkam Chennai 600126 postoffice .what can be done better.

    @RoyalMailHelp @71_sepe @PostOffice ... be aware that RM will probably loose your item like they did with mine, 2 weeks to deliver a 1st class letter and it still hasn't arrived and all they say is 1st class is next day to 3 days... and never saying they will deliver my untracked item... it might end up on ebay.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp At this moment in time, can people (not business account customers) purchase International Tracked for a delivery of a small letter to overseas, at the post office counter? Please give a clear and direct answer, the Royal Mail "bulletin" doesn't help

    @Freedom_2004 @RoyalMail @PostOffice Are you using royal mail click and drop online? We have this service and have been able to select INT Tracked from this week. I'm not sure if there's another way at the moment.
