@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice I'm not sure you appreciate my concern about the delays and losses that are a result of using this particular branch. Why should I have to a)swallow a loss of £60 and b)have to travel half an hour each way to get decent service because you won't give our town a real post office?

@PostOffice @RoyalMintUK Been to 4 local PO counters(you closed down all our branches) none of them have been sent the 50ps, ironically not delivered on time. Only wanted 1 for my pops who collects coins. Reminiscent of the Alphabet 10p wild goose chase 🙄 Good luck searchers!

Absolute shambles in the Sutton @PostOffice today! Only 1 person on a Monday, self-service tills closed, the queue going out the door & to top it all closed at 5pm! WTH? If you're going to close the main post office in town, at least provide a service in the one that's open!

I've been tweeting about the end of #TimParker as boss of #postoffice because I've seen first hand,although thankfully never been part of, the appalling damage done to so many people. He stayed silent throughout. Should be fired tomorrow #PostOfficeScandal @Aria_Grace_Law

@PostOffice When are your self service posting machines going to accept American Express. It's ridiculous that your counters do, yet the machines do not. Get this sorted.
