@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  • iana1970 ian andrews (@iana1970) reported from Tredegar, Wales

Keeping existing customers should be a priority, @PostOffice. With emails, delivery options increasing and you say you are too busy to help an elderly gentleman to get his pension, because your employee won't respond..... speak with your feet and never use these services again!!

@PostOffice no wonder no one uses you! Apparently I can’t pay a cheque into my @firstdirect account there! Even though it clearly says I can. Train your idiot staff please!

  • anneliese_tyler Soph. (@anneliese_tyler) reported

@PostOffice ridiculous when you wait for a parcel to be redelivered then hear the letterbox go to the door to find another redeliverly note. Had a cheek to leave the note without even knocking or ringing the bell and when I opened the door sped off down the road! So incompetent!

@markyeg @PostOffice There was an awkward hug, but as I not only looked, but smelt, like a hobo I didn’t hang around!

@eniolaxx @PostOffice @MumsnetTowers Wow! That is terrible! Sorry you have to go through that!

  • OrientMeatPie 🍩 Andy 🍩 (@OrientMeatPie) reported

@PostOffice Thank you. I was made quite a few promises by the customer services supervisor on Wednesday and nothing has materialised since.

  • OrientMeatPie 🍩 Andy 🍩 (@OrientMeatPie) reported

@PostOffice I appreciate terrible customer service is the default standard in the UK, but frankly I’m not sure who’s worse-you or the cowboys at @OpenreachHelp who are completely unaccountable given that Ofcom is a wet lettuce.

  • OrientMeatPie 🍩 Andy 🍩 (@OrientMeatPie) reported

@PostOffice I’ve had multiple phone calls since then. Empty promises from your customer service team. No response from Openreach. You’ve got my number, call me.

  • Lteyn63 Nora Leonard (@Lteyn63) reported

@PostOffice I have a complaint about your document verification service. And that has to do with the fact that all my bank accounts and utilities are now online (paperless). So I had to print out a utility bill (which does have my address on it). The Post Office branch...
