@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice I'm a cllr & have had residents get in touch in SM5 area who've not been getting any mail for 3 weeks now. Some are elderly & v.worried they may miss important NHS letters. Emails bounce, and they've been stuck on hold when they call. Can you please help?

@PostOffice @shirley51079929 Sorry Courtney, that label has to be printed by the customer and attached to the parcel, not presented for scanning from a phone as the customer tried to in this case. You should know the difference between a Data Matrix and a QR code. There is no QR code on that label.

@ReraPops @PostOffice Glad I could help.. we see this label problem often. Sometimes you should have another QR code in your emails also if it has a QR code standalone then we can print those on the desk 👍

How is it that #Amazon deliver in 24 hours or even the same day and we are lucky here if the @PostOffice @RoyalMail deliver once a week when we are not in the list shown as having delay problems? Also @RoyalMailHelp says “slight” delays. A week is a slight delay?

@PostOffice is there a problem with deliveries in Thurrock? Everyone in the area seems to be only getting their mail twice a month. All other delivery companies operating as normal
