@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice how can you have just 2 staff at the Hounslow branch. It's a main post office. The poor staff are doing a stirling job to keep everything moving but not great with the wait. Not exactly #wecanhelpwiththat

@PostOffice The staff in your Waterlooville branch are so rude and unhelpful, their attitude is appalling, how they were ever employed by the the Post Office, I haven't a clue please send me your customer service email as I wish to make a formal complaint

@ethyrica lol. In HS, Hyannis, (Cape Cod), 1971, I was excited to join an anti-war rally in front to the PostOffice downtown. I got there, and no one was there! So I sat on the steps for a while, and went home. My number never came up. If it had, I would have been a conscientious objector.
