    @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

    @PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

    @PostOffice As soon as they are presented with any form of prepaid label they don’t know what to do. Was told this morning that the barcode was wrong. Took parcel to another branch which accepted without issue.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice Thank you. I hope someone will pick up the phone, and this line won't be suffering from the infinite 'experiencing high volumes of calls' issue, which your call lines ALWAYS suffer from.

    Just to inform you all that the @PostOffice motor insurance service is very poor. They overcharge on renewals but as one can't contact them by the website or by using the phone, you can't stop them renewing your policy. Best to avoid.

    @PostOffice Hi Tom! Most of my order fits fine so wouldn’t have to return, but the items that don’t fit that I’ve missed the return time for total £32.16 👎🏽 thanks for your hard work and help!

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney, as great as that sounds on the grand scheme of things, adding 12.5% to the price of a service for little more than printing a sheet of paper is taking the proverbial....or, in fact, taking advantage of customers who have no alternative

    @PostOffice I do not recommend moving your broadband to #postoffice #broadband as so far NO SERVICE for 3 days. Appointment given but no response. Advisors read from Terms and Conditions and do NOTHING. #poorservice
