I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!

Nowhere donthe rules say how much time you need1/2
