@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice can management stop worcester high street PO from making their own rules? Since when the address have to be on plain paper with no branding and not behind plastic? I have been to no less 100 other post office and no one else seem to have a problem with that.

@PostOffice is it correct that there is a national internet issue which has stopped any online applications for passports and driving licenses? It’s now in to its 3rd week? I have just been told this in the Chichester Branch.
