@PostOffice seriously need to give your staff some customer service training.

  • JON_BANKSY Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

  • K_Etherington Keith Etherington (@K_Etherington) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

  • JON_BANKSY Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@nickwallis @GMB @piersmorgan @KTHopkins @mrjamesob @SkyNews @BBCNews @Channel4News hi guys, I know I am a pain but this is real, people are dying whilst others lives are in shreds due to real deep seeded bad intentions from the @PostOffice over many years. Please help out innocent people 👍🏻

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Hang your head in shame, revolting behaviour

  • soverncomfort soverncomfort 🔴⚪ (@soverncomfort) reported

So the @PostOffice apologises. My response to that is f**k right off. Someone has to be accountable for people deliberately having their lives turned upside down. Those responsible should be charged and serve time. Noone cares about your insincere apology #PostOfficeScandal

  • dan_handforth daniel handforth (@dan_handforth) reported

@4golfonline @MattEDavies @PostOffice I still can’t wrap my head around not having the police or cps involved! A spokesperson stated if they had been, it would’ve never even made it to prosecution! I smell a massive rat personally, no way this wasn’t ignored at a higher level

  • MartCos2 Martin (@MartCos2) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice You should hang your heads in shame! You tried to crush those people, and ruined their lives. People who worked on the frontline to make your business profitable! Pregnant women were sent to jail. Lives ruined. Some have gone to their graves with you blaming them! Disgraceful.

  • JON_BANKSY Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported

@robin2036 @PostOffice Why oppose Limb 2 then? Their ignorance knows no bounds. After multiple savage, public beatings at every juncture of this whole debacle these guys still think the public are stupid. Grow up, take the losses, do the right thing NOW and learn, ACTUALLY LEARN.

  • GurpreetTiwana_ Gurpreet Tiwana (@GurpreetTiwana_) reported

@Caldale58 @nickwallis @PostOffice A leopard will never change its spots. I’m a postmistress and I’m one of hundreds that have had a letter through my door to say they’ll be paying me £2000 less for doing exactly the same work. Queue a large number of post office branch closures and strikes very soon!

  • 3BM48591048 3BM (@3BM48591048) reported

@Welsh_Dragon_71 @BBCNews @PostOffice I think they have been offered quite a lot of money. Having been in the post office area for years the entire lot of the board and management are terrible some good people lower down but few and far between

  • StevenFEuro Steven F (@StevenFEuro) reported

@deborahbonham @PostOffice Some large organisations are like a huge ship that is very slow to change course. I hope they uncover just what happened and who tried to bury the truth in self interest! Poor Post Masters. May compensation occur rapidly and help to heal

  • claredavies17 Clare Bear 🐧 (@claredavies17) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Will you be reimbursing the poor victims of all this who had to pay Post Office Ltd money that they never stole in the first place, let alone the compensation they should receive? Despicable.

  • LevinsLaw Levins Solicitors (@LevinsLaw) reported

@pjm1kbw @RidgeWW1 @PostOffice Just not sure what we're hoping to achieve. Top execs fail upwards. The systemic lesson is obvious and has already been learned to some extent (POL no longer prosecuting). Maybe the hopeless HBOS investigation has made me too cynical.
