@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

wellAMAZONgone and done it again we ordered two parcels one was delivered by Amazon courier the other which is the most expensive is to be delivered by @PostOffice its been sitting in theNW D.O all day no movement never mind the fact we have been in all day waitin on a 24hr

How can a combination of compartmentalised & privatised postal services @PostOffice/@RoyalMail/@ParcelForce charge over £30 [on 8Dec] to send a small package to Germany then a] not deliver it by now b] offer only frustrating, auto-help services c] provide no USEFUL user info.❓😠

@PostOffice Well, seeing as it was due to the post office branch that the posting was delayed, a guaranteed service should have been offered as a way of apologising. It's not my fault the staff couldn't figure out how to sell a few postage stamps.
