Iβm a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasnβt working and to come back another day.
