Iโm a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Your over the counter member of staff inputted the wrong name from my daughters passport and now she is abroad with a PO currency card she can't access and useless emails back and forth not accepting her passport information!

With the exception of one of their own NEDs who told the inquiry she had witnessed remote access in Fujitsu and also sat on a ยฃ65k branch deficit for 3 years, NFSP told everyone 'You're on your own'.
