@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@passportsevamea @MEAIndia Speed post couldnt deliver my passport because postman couldnt identify address. Passport seva kendra didnt mention customers phone number on the courier. I had to go to postoffice & collect it. This is a poor postage service from passport seva kendra

Tho wasn’t long ago b4 u know what I’d go postoffice and minding my own business I’d get girl/women giving me ***** looks 😐 daft really as I don’t do nothing wrong, head down etc but I always get it, funny how most of the time I’m old enough to be their mum so why even bother

Hi @RoyalMailHelp your assistant at Bradford South: Whilst the customer, of course, isn't always right, to be arrogantly told they are wrong isn't fun. Luckily another customer walked in, otherwise I would have explained what I thought in more detail.

@IndiaPostOffice I didnot recieve my parcel however I got a message saying it got delivered. This is highly irresponsible as we cannot even contact the associated postoffice. Either they don't receive the call or its saying the number is out of service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail you have a service for 2nd class large letters, 100-250gms £1.53 & 250-500gms £1.99 plus other price ranges but you don’t issue a stamp for these services, why?

@leoniedelt I got refused service at the @PostOffice yesterday. No mask as exempt. No card as gov says no need. Seems @RCTCouncil have mis stated that legislation and mask or exemption card otherwise no service. As it stands now can’t use po services

As a #disabled person, I’m exhausted by drs and co’s that aren’t #accessible. 4 times just this week! Tried to mail a package and struggled through the heavy doors of my #postoffice, can’t make appt at dr office by text/email (I can’t speak). And 2 co cust service are phone only
