@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice hello, how can I make a complaint about my local post office? Every time I go they are unable to do anything because they don't have staff so the post office is shut, but this happens every Saturday and evening when it's the only time I can go....

@PostOffice hi could you please point me to a branch in Sheffield area where the @DVLAgovuk photo licence renewal service is actually working? Been to Woodhouse and Frechville and both say the system is ‘down’? 2 wasted trips now. Cheers

@PostOffice Can you please help me. I have ordered some foreign currency, and when I've gone to collect it the branch has closed down! The branch wasn't due to close until Friday, and now I'm left with no currency and a lot of money gone from my bank account!

@PostOffice Nope! They just said they couldn't do it. It was probably as she was too busy talking to her mate and couldn't be bothered... often seems to be the case in there! I think a undercover customer is needed in there for you to realise how rude they can be!
