@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice -2 they offered the facility only to find they didn't. So unhelpful too. Not very customer orientated. Not a fan of The Post Office at the moment. Perhaps sometime they will get their act together. Finally, with the size of Sleaford why haven't we a main office.

@AmazonHelp Blimey, it’s all so very complicated isn’t it. I don’t want to commit to using the @Hermesparcels return option if I have to stay at home for a while 12 hours, 8am-8pm (I can’t). But that’s what it says on your drop down menu. No appropriate @PostOffice nearby. Advice please? X
