@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice I just had a call from a London number saying I had a parcel waiting to be delivered, and I had to pay £1.55. The nice lady said she was calling from you? I take it I was right to hang up before giving her my card details?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice And the call was to Royal Mail, not the post office. You are taking money for a service you are not providing ie: signed for to DVLA

@PostOffice @Davidd02558199 Gave up after waiting for 30 minutes in a queue on a Tuesday afternoon whilst TWO members of staff stare blankly at the SAME monitor behind the glass with what seemed like no inclination to serve anyone with any competence or speed. Shocking levels of service every time I go in

Durban CBD Post office has to have the most disappointing service ever. At 4pm close to 200 people were turned away. People who arrived in the morning to collect their money. Really the service is bottom of the barrel. @PostOffice

this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰
