I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

'None of your business. I don't have to tell you. I don't work for the Post Office.' Can I speak to the manager? 'He doesn't work here.' /2

The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
