I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

For example, why was Julia Marwood summoned back (after retirement) to help with the collection of evidence for the Inquiry given she knew of the "Receipts & Mismatch Bug" and rendered my father for prosecution. shanti (@imshanti_01) reportedA disabled woman went to the postoffice to post important documents but was turned away citing server down. 💔 This is the situation even in the era of 5G. Imagine that sometimes the server is down, how far the world has progressed and this is it. The woman kept saying, Sir, how will I come again, I have come with great difficulty, but the post office people did not listen to her at all. They said the time is over, should we come tomorrow? These people could not understand the pain of a disabled woman. Couldn't you have taken her documents and posted them? Was the poor girl so helpless and still you didn't help her? Please tell me whether action should be taken against such postmaster or not.
