@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@IndiaPostOffice Thank you for updating. Would be good if the land has your own distribution hub instead of rented building in HAL premises. People won't throw garbage if there is fully operational zone or postoffice.

@PostOffice you seriously need to sort out your travel insurance company. Consistently on hold, no support, refuse to cover cancelled flight etc as the ‘wording’ apparently didn’t fit. Why bother with insurance? I won’t be buying yours again. Most disappointing @financialombuds

@rpomumbai We already visited the Videsh Bhavan office today. We have been asked to get the Lost PCC letter from Postoffice. We request you to please help us get the Duplicate Copy. As the date of her course is very close and just because of this we can't apply for Visa.

If you are looking for the most slowest, outdated and incompetent service, look no further than at @PostOffice @WHSmith Beccles Branch - still the most inconvenience post office with poorly managed staff, awkward layout and needs serious modernising for a growing town.

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen but I believe so many complaints and poor reviews of that post office service have been made over the years and nothing still HAS changed for the better! It needs a new venue as the WHSmiths store is too small and inaccessible. It’s a joke!

@IndiaPostOffice Post office is based at postmaster home, and postmaster family is actively involved in postoffice work. They are misbehaving with customer's who suppose to denied for make the unlegal payment.

It's 2 whole months since I had problems with my @PostOffice Travel Money card. But all good things, etc... Trying to add funds using the App. 4 requests approved via @NatWest_Help 👏 4 top ups indicate Payment Failed when I transfer back to the PO App. Helpline didn't.

1/2 Back in Feb we had to cancel our flight/hol due to a positive covid PCR test 1 day before flying, we were sad of course but felt reassured in that we'd chosen @PostOffice @RoyalMail travel insurance, six months later we are still trying to get our insurance £ back.
