@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

  • K_Etherington Keith Etherington (@K_Etherington) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

@PostOffice shocking service in exmouth post office. 10 person queue including old people with sticks and just one person serving on the tills. What a joke!

@danalar @PostOffice I'm afraid 'click and drop' isn't a Post Office service. It's something you buy directly from Royal Mail, so you would need to contact them to complain. If you go into a Post Office, it's a bit like complaining in Tesco's about Sainsburys, so I can sympathise with the PO staff.

  • sarahmhutchison Sarah Hutchison (@sarahmhutchison) reported

@PostOffice Hi Courtney - the address is WH Smith 90-92 South St, St Andrews KY16 9QD. It’s the same branch I contacted @PostOffice about last year - and the same problem.

  • sandratizzard Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reported from Puriton, England

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

  • ade_rawden Notts_Ade (@ade_rawden) reported

@postoffice despite your contact and my response I’m still non the wiser..😤 Promises of calls and escalating my issue are as thin as my patience.. Absolute joke.

  • Vulcan01 Nickolas 🇬🇷🇮🇹🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Vulcan01) reported

@BigPawsRule @PostOffice WHSmith and the ‘Post Office’ are two separate businesses. WHS staff can’t jump onto a PO counter till to reduce the queue. Does that help?

  • mikeoffoftheuk Mike N 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@mikeoffoftheuk) reported

@siany_d @PostOffice Seen as it was the post office that took my money then that’s my first point of contact. But thanks for the help.

  • Rchrdswn1975 Richard Swain (@Rchrdswn1975) reported

@PostOffice how long is response time to DM not interested in bot response as this does not help.

  • cmfitzg cmfitzg (@cmfitzg) reported

@PostOffice WTF is the use of a religious image with no context ?

  • MarNewb Marcus Newbrook (@MarNewb) reported

@PostOffice The poor colleagues were doing an amazing job, just think as a company you could do more both for them and the people of Lincoln.
