@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@IndiaPostOffice We never insist on any enquiry especially with the likes of #PostOffice, knowing Nothing will come out of such "enquiry" when basic work culture needs to improve. That can never happen by grandiose announcements by inept ministers. Anyways matter 6 months @rsprasad @PMOIndia 1/

@PostOffice I paid a cheque in at your Easingwold branch on 26/5. The rude cashier didn't give me an envelope and the cheque has not been received by my bank. The receipt has a value of £0 on it. I've tried calling, no answer and now the line is permanently busy. Please help

@ChrisManji @RoyalMail @PostOffice Honestly, the state of these you'd need a full dry suit, I'm genuinely not sure you could do anything to prevent it it's so bad. And not even cost, does the world need more plastic for sending stuff that shouldn't be getting wet in the first place?

A wasted trip to the @PostOffice this morning. I was asked if I could cut my parcel down so I didn't have to use @parcelforce; it's posters in a tube, no. Then I was told I can't use #ApplePay with #Parcelforce. What!? This why people don't use the post office anymore.
