@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@Rajput_Ramesh @WhatsApp Rameshji, Zukerberg was not running the postoffice and was not reading what was written and analysing it and selling the information to anybody willing to pay for it. So there was no problem. If you wanted privacy you had "Inland letter"

@RoyalMail Realise how busy you are but getting fed up with redelivery service. 2nd attempt said it would be 10am; arrived at 7am & was in shower. So booked for it to be delivered to local postoffice: just tried to deliver at home I wasn’t in! Waste of time & resources.

@PostOffice I've had a very bad experience with one of your branches. It was a breach of health and safety by a member of your post office staff. I complained three weeks ago. Not heard back. When should I expect a reply? Do you take health and safety seriously?
