    @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

    @PostOffice one of the digital check and sends I had done for a passport renewal has had its photo rejected. Obviously this shouldn't have happened as that's 1 of the purposes of check and send. How do I make a complaint about it?

    @PostOffice If you sell travel insurance you should have access to your customers policy, right?? Or you providing a service and then don't have a clue about your customers. I am sure @Collinson which is the contract company you are using will be happy to help you with my claim.

    How is it morally/legally justifiable @PostOffice travel insurance when we call to notify of a breast cancer diagnosis to add to our existing annual multi trip policy you cancel our existing policy & refuse to cover trips already booked? What’s the point then of having insurance?

    @revbarryhill @PostOffice I have noticed that things have changed drastically in regards to insurance and pre existing health conditions since last summer. I can't get cover from most companies due to ongoing issues (and delays in treatment). I can recommend a company if you'd like though?
