@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Well. Travel money card in 12 different values. I just came from Europe with 160 E and 5 Pounds - on it. As I have had some bad UBER experiences, to me was important to CLOSE the CARD ASAP, and take money out. I follow instruction and did went in post office #1

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk ...take a dim view of time-wasting arguments that bugs are necessarily less significant if they do not affect all users. It's a stupid stance to take, but the Post Office persisted with it. Not systemic? Not a real problem. It was utter nonsense, and deliberately misleading. 3/3

@PostOffice I sent an international tracked item on Tuesday 31 January 2023. It was received the next day at Southampton and since then nothing has happened. These are important documents and all I can find is info on compensation. I need the docs either sent or returned. Help?
