@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Not one of the three self-service machines at the local @PostOffice branch was working so the queue was long! The branch was in a local @tgjonesuk store. Really not very good. #nothingworkingbritain

@PostOffice something needs to be done about the postoffice in jennyfields (newpark) harrogate. Always so slow, never stick to advertised opening, never more than one serving even when busy, even if more than one there which is rare!

@Matt_Pinner I had the 3210 and Ericsson R310s. My grandma worked at a postoffice and sometimes went back to help out during her retirement. I went with her and handled the phone center (that big wooden box with many "jacks") to switch the incoming calls to the addressee. Fun summer holidays.

@PostOffice my prepaid travel card is about to expire and your email tells me to call. I’m calling and pressing 4 to speak to a customer service agent and the call ends immediately. I’ve tried 5 times now. Please advise
