@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PiyushGoyal My postoffice is not even mentioned in the drop down of the @IncomeTaxIndia new website though it is the main post office. Tweeted, mail sent & called up CPC but no rectification even after 1 month. Our Fin Minister is busy thought u wud do something n pull them up.

@PostOffice Hey ! I used a Self Service Kiosk for the first time (which went well….) But the package has not arrived. I sent First Class Signed For which is Tracked, accept your Receipts do not give the Tracking Number, just the Session Number. How do I proceed to track ?

@siany_d @PostOffice Easy, Royal Mail don't. Were you running a PO when they sent A4 posters for display for all new issues? That hasn't happened for the last 20 years, apart from exceptions like the Olympics, and a few one-offs.
