I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
