    @PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

    @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

    Imagine posting a £500 item with @PostOffice telling the lady at the counter the value, she then puts it in wrong only at £50 then it magically disappears 😖 no wonder the Post office is dying out. Awful customer service and complete disregard of any sort of mistake being made🥴

    @PostOffice @Wolfman7V You can’t purchase all currency in the branches. The branch listed as having this service near me only does dollars and Euros. Anything else has to be ordered and over £400 - why?!

    @PostOffice Over 40 minutes, 2 staff working, this so called manager you have in place needs talking to, she can't expect her staff to work like that without her support, she needs to recruit more staff or be there to help her staff, it's disgusting

    @gracepainter @PostOffice Signed For is not a tracked service. When you check online with Royal Mail It will only ever tell you 2 things, when the PO accepted your parcel and when the customer signs for it. If you wanted tracking the only service that Royal Mail offer is Special deliver. Hope this helps.

    @PostOffice I don't, and the subbies in the region all say it's not worth the time and investment . The problem is that it is hitting the town's economy. My small business needs a reliable postal service so I have to go in opposite direction to Kendal. Not even a parcel box which would help.

    Horrendous from the @PostOffice I'm home waiting for a delivery, then recieve a text saying: "Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered". Yeah, because he didn't ring the bell. I've been charged to rearrange the delivery. Disgusting service #postoffice

    @GandMBB @PostOffice I won't. All that from 'Tom' at the @PostOffice talking about choccy hobnobs' while this terrible injustice is again kicked into the long grass. The post office is a horrible & cruel company, still rotten to the core.

    @PostOffice @getyoti Have you any idea how crass you sound? POL committed these crimes as they desperately wanted to protect the ‘brand’! Yet their actions since has done far more damage than sorting the issues in the first place would ever have done!
