@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Got you. No, the items aren't prepaid. I lost them on the manifest with the service I require, the post office then process them when they are free to do so and debit my account. I have a roll of tracking labels they have given me which is why I have the numbers upfront

@timbo_clarke @PostOffice You need to find a delivery office. Royal Mail and the Post Office are different companies. I suspect that the PO hasn't been paid for the service, so they don't accept it.

@siany_d @PostieMcPost @PostOffice To be honest, the guy behind the counter printed similar sized paper off for both. Both will be redeemed by electronic transfer. Can’t see it being worth a tenner. I like the idea of the post office, but hate it every time I have to engage with it. It’s poor.

Blah blah, terrible service, blah blah, Bracknell WHSmith @PostOffice. Huge queue. Both staff faffing around and calling no one forward. What's the point in complaining. You only ever get "we'll pass on your feedback" responses and nothing changes.

ANC: Hey look at that private system, it's working, making money...would be a shame if we were claim it as a government function and ban competition so that everyone has to have a **** time. Only the #postoffice is qualified to deliver mail under 1kg. Hell of a qualification.

@PostOffice post office at McColls Whickham in Gateshead is never open when it’s meant to be. Delivery expected yesterday for collection unable to be delivered at 14:09 as store closed! Ordered via Amazon to be delivered here as it said I could collect until 8pm obviously not!
