@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Kingswood, Chase Shopping Centre are not providing that service and I was told by the staff member that he knew only Keynsham and The Galleries, Central Bristol were providing this service.

Well done in the Customer Services stakes:NOT. ? Is it @mccolls ? or is it @morrison who arbitrarily close their NE16 local @postoffice because today the (understaffed anyway) "convenience" store ain't got enough workers. THE "sprat to catch a mackerel" ruse short of bait now?

@crowmogh Truro @PostOffice is useless since it moved into WH Smith [the worst shop in town!] - you used to be able to post & get stamps at Newham Sorting Office, but think even that is no longer possible! The wonders of privatisation!!

Has anyone managed to successfully claim the @postoffice 100% travel money buy back for cancelled trips? They only refund normal rate in store & you have to email customer care for the difference but no response to emails 😢

How can I update my mobile number on my Adhaar card. Every time when I go to post office @PostOffice , they always say that the server is down. Specially in Rajendra nagar indore.

@Anna_Firth @PostOffice Banks started closing down. The Branch Hub counter doesn’t handle cash and the customers have to use ATM’s.

@PostOffice Hi Wickford Willowdale Centre post office refuses to give me proof of postings unless I use a bulk form from website because I’m using up old stamps and not paying postage there. They say they don’t get paid to do it. I have eBay items to post and my printer is broken

I can’t believe how difficult it is to renew a photo driving licence. It’s an open secret that @DVLAgovuk web site using your passport doesn’t work and although the @PostOffice web site shows multiple PO in Bristol providing this service the reality I was told is only two! #dvla

@PostOffice Thanks Stephen, it would be really helpful if there could be an auto reply with this information when the customer care email is used. Currently there is no reply at all (after > week) to email sent to the customer care address, making folk wonder if it has been received or not.
