@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@HMRCcustomers hi, I’ve only ever been able to login gateway with gov verify thru post office as won’t let me change my phone number. From 1st can’t use post office to login , is it possible to update details while I can login with Postoffice before 1st April

Incredible isn't it @PostOffice spent circa £92 million on legal costs fighting a problem they knew about & prosecuted people for. Vennels the CEO at the time walked away with £5 million And only now the people who brought the case "may" be compensated properly..
