    @PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

    @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

    @postoffice Hello, please can you help me. I sent a parcel from the post office via DPD and they made a mistake so my parcel is being returned back to me halfway to Italy from France. I do not want to pay again to re send it. I have proof of purchase. Thanks

    @clpblue1 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp They just asked me to DM with details and last time o received letters before yesterday but it seems to be an issue in middleton all my street having having same issue. It ridiculous

    Imagine the banks around you close down and then @PostOffice say they don't change money because they "aren't making money" from that 😒 good to know they're unhelpful on purpose

    @PostOffice I completed a CN22 form electronically when I bought the label. I didn’t attach it though to the parcel. I attached only the label. Is this a major issue??

    Absolutely disgusted by the appalling, uncaring and rude Customer Service my 82 year old mother recieved at her post office branch, @PostOffice I've been on hold to royal mail for over 40 minutes to be told they can't deal with it.

    @PostOffice @parcelforce I posted a laptop with you almost 2 weeks ago. Paid £72. For some reason it’s returned to sender HOWEVER it is yet to get back to me. No one seems to be able to help me. Call centre hung up on me. Can someone please help?
