@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@Nickthewolf @PostOffice @sainsburys It sadly doesnt work that way, a retailer has to be willing to take on a post office, and as theres very little money to be made running a po most people aren't interested

@edfenergy Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I have looked through the link you sent me but my question is yet to be answered. Have you authorised @PostOffice staffs not to issue out cash to the beneficiary? I have received plenty of complaints of these practices from post office.

Hi @PostOffice My wife’s granny has around £1,000 in a post office account but has lost the account number. Customer service won’t release the money without it. Can you help? She’s 83 and struggles with bureaucracy. DM me. Thanks

@patienceisavi12 @PostOffice Read the above posts, one of them was sitting in the glass Financial Services Office playing on the phone. Sure I can blame those running the business too, yes they need more staff, but there is no reason for all self service machines to be off.

@rschristie71 @michelle__703 Profitable business (FedEx, USPS,DHL Express, Sendle, EasyPost, OnTrac Shipping) made our #PostOffice obsolete - it should be shut down - only good for mass mailing flyers - everything else can be done online.
