@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@FinlowIan @PostOffice Moneygram set the fee , not Post Office. Postal Orders, well even I agree the fee is a bit OTT but unless a customer wants to write a cheque out or get one from the bank they don’t have much choice.

@TheOfficialSBI I already contacted postoffice,no card is has reached post office still,it's really unacceptable that customer need to wait for this long to get his card delivered

@PostOffice I went to 2 different post office to collect a package why did I get refused with my bank card as ID & have to sign a card at one after reading on the website this can be used as proof and at the other I could use my bank card without any problems Seems very odd to me

@dvla @PostOffice thank you fantastic service. I was annoyed I couldn’t renew my driving licence on line. Tech issue apparently & was advised 6/8 week delay in receiving new one. Attended post office 28/10 new one arrive 1/11. Brilliant service all round I would say

@PostOffice That is nearly two miles outside of town and I don’t have a car. Please do flag this to whoever is in charge as the post office is an essential public service and not and just an optional concession in WH Smith for their profit

@BarclaysUKHelp It has nothing to do with the text and everything to do with your app being incapable of taking a rectangular photo of a rectangular cheque. As you've closed my local branch, thank goodness @PostOffice can help.

@PostOffice it’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t just pick up a phone, dial & speak to the local branch. None of the options I want are on the awful automated system. It’s so simple to have a person pick up a phone & they answer the query you have!!! No customer service 😡🙄

Dear @UIDAI ..There is absolutely pathetic service at #postoffice ..they are directly denying Aadhar update service.I visited thrice at post office BHU branch Varanasi. Firstly they said wait then after 20 mins they are saying they would not update it.
