@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice According to Courtney she was advised the times by the branch. It is a poor excuse and not listen to me, a daily user of the branch. It is humiliating to be treated so badly!

@PostOffice Could be any of them really; Ive no desire to see individuals blamed for organisation failings too few offices & staff forced to focus on sale at the cost of service 1 Q tho: why can items miraculously be delivered on time with a 3x payment but not as a given service standard?

When you go to your closest @PostOffice but can't send a package to Guernsey, because the woman behind the counter can't find it! Even though every other post office you've been to previously in your city had no problem at all. BTW: she could 'find' Jersey..... 😳

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

Urgh had to go to the postoffice to send some parcels... Do not recommend. Idiots everywhere. Some not wearing masks. Masks go over noses. Told 3 people to back ******** away from me.

@USPS Hillcrest at San Diego 92163 #SanDiego #postoffice Customer service at its worst. 5 calls of unending rings end up with no answers and a hang up. @FedExHelp @fedex sucks, 800# requires a tracking number, and without it one is SOL getting a live voice.
