I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

With the exception of one of their own NEDs who told the inquiry she had witnessed remote access in Fujitsu and also sat on a £65k branch deficit for 3 years, NFSP told everyone 'You're on your own'.

Despite the costs being astronomical, I wonder why they don't just outsource the whole thing. Or is it because they are using private...?

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.
