@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Could you note on your website if the digital driving license is not working? Driving 35 mins to find the service to be told ‘it’s out of order’ is annoying. Not many POs around offering this service.

Everything done through email. Multiple fingerprinting gone nowhere. Can’t talk to anyone. I’ve worked since I was 15 and never seen a company do anything like this before! #mail #postoffice Ceared for hiring then heard nothing!

@PostOffice I went to post a heavy parcel at Brixton rd PO & had a QR code ready. I was told their systems were down and to try again after 3pm. I walked to Loughborough junction PO only to be told they were shut - this was at 2:30, despite it saying online they shut at 4. (1/2)
