  @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

  @RoyalMail I returned a @Nike item a week ago using a QR code @PostOffice for the label. Nike can see it has been sent but won't help without proof of postage. I don't have the paper receipt and the post office apparently can't produce another. Can you track with the QR?

  @PostOffice Hey Tom! Thanks for spending. I need to verify my identity for a government login using my passport in a Post Office branch. I tried Beckenham yesterday but they don't do any passports, driving licences or verification despite being listed on the government website 😞
