I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
