@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Pls help. Returned an item using company label. PO error meant it came back to me. Made to pay to post again. seeking refund of just £1.05 for PO error but so far Cust Service refusing. Hope someone can apply common sense to my claim. Have refs if required.

@darrenpjones splitting the intricately entwined partnership of @PostOffice & @RoyalMail was a death knell to both companies. RM is deliberately killing off the PO counter service by making on line postage more attractive and competitive. For years it has stabbed PO in the back.

@NSDL_Depository @nsdlpb I am trying to add nominee in the NSDL website and it says “invalid PIN code”. I am from Pamur, Andhra Pradesh and PIN code for my place is 523108. I searched in Postoffice website as well and it shows the PIN code exists. Please help me with the issue.

@PostOffice Courtney .. the combined denying initially that she had the King’s flower stamps is bad enough, initial we don’t issue certificate of posting certificates, and the over charging are a catalogue of unacceptable service. I would appreciate full feedback on the investigation please.

€1.03:£1.00 in the #PostOffice, have I been had or is this how far its gone down the crapper. It's €1.14 on the money markets, that 10% commission which I think is a bit steep. Where should I have gone?

Saying it again for the people at the back - #Congleton needs better @PostOffice provisions! A 40 minute wait to post a parcel is beyond stupid. Far too many services offered which means the basics are just falling by the wayside. I'm not sure how many times I have to complain...

@PostOffice Hi, can you please confirm if a Post Office should've given a tracking number with my Check & Send passport application? If so, how I can retrieve it? I have proof of purchase receipt but they never gave a postage tracking number
