@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice how can I talk to an actual human about the fact one of your branches has not handed over the parcel to Royal Mail that I paid £8 for next day delivery for? Second time using this service, second time it’s happened! The parcel is useless to me any later than today.

@LBackhouse @PostOffice As QR code that the customer presents at the counter for returns automatically completes all of the info & automatically prints the label, I am genuinely intrigued as to how this could have happened 🤔 Please keep me updated on this x

@DVLAgovuk I can’t apply online cause I do not have Passport. I can’t do it via the @PostOffice because their system is down and apparently they don’t know when it will get fixed. I don’t want to do it by post because it takes forever. I need my Licence to take lessons. That are lined up.

Not great service from @PostOffice for my @BootsUK delivery. Delivery 3 and half hours earlier than stated. Not out of bed as I have Covid. Now have to wait until Friday. Why send a txt with wrong delivery time?
