@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Hello, I sent a small parcel to Nepal using the international signed service on 10.08.21 but it still hadn’t reached. The tracking number isn’t helpful either, it’s meant to reach in 5-7 days. Can you DM me for the tracking number please?

@PostOffice @PostOffice - I’ve had to refer it to the ombudsman. Your customer service colleagues were only able 2 give me a continuous stream of dates 2 update me on progress with no broadband installation in sight. Still no phone line or broadband 30 days after it was supposed to go live

@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

The @PostOffice and @RoyalMail royally f***ed up and now I’m going through the stress of sorting it out, and it’ll be my bad luck that something will happen to my parcels and I will be out of pocket, and obviously their customer service is near on impossible to get through to

@PostOffice Got cut up twice by one of your vans this morning PJ16 YSU was their number plate. Both times the driver swapped lanes at the last minute at roundabouts and almost ran me off the road! Great customer perception for your business! #postoffice #dangerousdriver

Dear @amazon NEVER turn anything over to @USPS in Atlanta. Might as well drop the package down a black hole in the cosmos. @AmazonHelp take note! This makes 4 out of 5 packages undelivered by the #PostOffice this year, (not all amazon) and that's just me.

@explainingeorg3 Complete the contract then get postoffice WiFi, then come back hahah, seriously though, they get you this "Cracking deal!!!!" With sky sports and all that with fiber WiFi and it comes to £70 a month or somet, instead of paying separately for £90 idk, sky's awful ahahah
