@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@CllrScottFarley @PostOffice Went there just after 10am today & it was closed. I believe the shop was sold to the shop owner next door. The one on Station Rd UB7 has a bad reputation due to the attitude of the owners so I prefer to go to Iver.

@PostOffice I’ve just been turned away from a Post Office (Littlemoor, Dorset)with an online paid and completed customs declaration for a large letter to USA. Help! @RoyalMailHelp - RM have taken the money and imply it can go.

Dealing with a white lady claiming I ( a black woman) am rude because she couldn't understand my instructions, so I looked her on the eye to repeat instructions to make sure she understood instructions the second time. The #PostOffice should double Black women salaries istg.

@aviationcomment As much I as dislike Fujitsu's Horizon **** show, it's isn't the @PostOffice's Horizon system that's affected. Post Office and @RoyalMail are two separate entities, Post Office sells things (inc stamps), the Royal Mail handle letters and parcels, collecting and delivering.

@PostOffice complaint the lack of staff &in your main town high street post offices located in WHSmith stores. being run like village shop post office service. You can’t run a main high street post office with just 2 counters open. Having to queue up for for over 1 hr each time.
