@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Unfortunately it’s these exact people who I have been dealing with and getting no where with. Extremely rude person replying to the emails. Guess I’m stuck then and won’t be seeing either the card or my money back. Basically scammed. Disgusting behaviour during hard up times 😞

@PostOffice I'm very disappointed in your fast track digital driving licence renewal service, according to the DVLA they haven't received the application which I paid £21.50 for back in May. I emailed your customer services as requested with no reply!

Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@PostOffice my local post office is rubbish. After missing a delivery and going to the local Post office, he could find it and didn't bother sorting loads he had for cataloging. Why not get staff in to help? The email for complaints doesn't work. P vennells.

After many years of buying insurance from @PostOffice we have tried to amend, + then cancel a policy that has not yet started, to be told it's not possible, and that the @PostOffice will keep our £568 for a service they will not be providing. #disgrace #ripoff #postoffice

@PostOffice It's to cover a Holiday booked for later this year that we have had to move on a year, we are happy to move the policy and pay any increase due to inflation etc - we can't see how simply keeping our £568 and advising that you can't help is justifiable?
