  @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

  @PostOffice I went to one of your branches today and it was closed due to "technical issues". Drove 10miles to another branch. Wanted to change foreign currency back to GBP. Told you don't take 50 euro notes and 50 USD notes !!!?? WHY !!? I bought them off you !! #postoffice

  ARGH!! The frustration. Every time I go to the @PostOffice to return something we have the same issue. We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

  Only one window of 5 open. Customers standing, queuing for 25 minutes. @PostOffice Whoever you sold the Eccles Post Office franchise to, they prefer profit over customers. Privatisation of public services? Sold off to non-English humans. REALLY BAD IDEA. Check Thames Water

  @PostOffice 35 mins, and when I got to the counter I couldn't pay my bills because the Post office WIFI was down so I couldn't pay by debit card.
