@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

From a reader: "the @PostOffice told me I shouldn't put stamps on a Special Delivery Guaranteed letter it would slow down delivery". These people ARE trained but their training in financial services & other products means they have lost sight of basics on the mails. 1/2

Please people do not EVER use the travel insurance from @PostOffice they are a bunch of scamers and liars! Breaking their own policy agreements. I have report them to the Ombudsman service to resolve my complaint. I hope you lose all your customers!!

@PostOffice how ******** are you never open. I mean really “reduced services” is one thing, but praying you’re in town for the 30 minutes each week they seem to open takes the piss. How about you start getting your **** together and paying staff a fair wage to sort it.

@mycoopfood hiya I have tried to go to two co ops this evening to use the @PostOffice facilities the first was Pendeford and the second Oxley both advertised as being open until 8pm both having no trained staff to be able to facilitate the service. Can you help?

If you need travel insurance AVOID @PostOffice - 5 weeks now without a case, send all documentation off to claim what I have insured my case for. Told no one has even looked at it yet and there’s no timescale - disgusting service. Waste of money using them!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst we support posties in their strike perhaps when their stood outside their offices, passers by hooting support, maybe they should send a member to every post office to fend off the barrage of abuse we post office workers are getting about it. 😩

@LunabissCBD @MartinSLewis I had the same, £2 fine from a card sent by my brother with a stamp bought in a post office. I challenged @PostOffice for over a year to prove it was fake without ANY resolution.
