    @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

    @PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

    @DVLAgovuk I didn't expect you could. Thanks for the reply though! Appreciate it. 1. Webchat tells me to ring number I've been trying. Tried it again. Line still closed. 2. @PostOffice lady filled in V890 but noted the errors presenting online will cause difficulties. Pack posted anyhow.

    @b_sistah for me really this is a street talk, .. very low ... unfortunately is not only in court you see this low rude street like behavior not only in court.. but in other institutions ,such as hospital, postoffice , government offices every where and is very bad...

    @PostOffice your travel cards are a nightmare to obtain over the counter . Staff unable to issue me with a card because it wasn’t verified. Didn’t tell me why. Got home and called up, Likely because they didn’t ask me for 2 forms of ID 🙄

    Truly shocking service by @HM_Passport . Applied for two passports via Digital Track and Trace. One passport came back in 3 weeks, the other, constant requests for documents 9 weeks later. WE DONT HAVE THEM, either you do or the @PostOffice lost them! Dr. Abi Tierney = FIRED!

    @PostOffice the main PO WN7 has a queue outside it's locked doors. This happens frequently but there is never any notice to explain the reasons. The phone number found online isn't for a specific PO. Do we wait all day?

    Do not use @PostOffice check and send passport service. The photo they took and checked has been rejected. Terrible service.

    @PostOffice @getyoti Have you any idea how crass you sound? POL committed these crimes as they desperately wanted to protect the ‘brand’! Yet their actions since has done far more damage than sorting the issues in the first place would ever have done!

    Horrendous from the @PostOffice I'm home waiting for a delivery, then recieve a text saying: "Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered". Yeah, because he didn't ring the bell. I've been charged to rearrange the delivery. Disgusting service #postoffice
