@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Unhelpful and surly. The young chap who works there really doesn’t like or understand his job; many a parcel lost under his knowledge. The poor elderly man went to get dollars as gift and the assistant muttered and sharp. The old man left embarrassed #dreadful treatment

@PostOffice disgusted with your Longsight Road branch in Bury. Waited outside in a que, in accordance to Covid protocols for 25 mins to collect a parcel. Staff member then proceeded lock the door in my face because I quote ‘we close at 5.30 pal’. Shocking customer service!

@PostOffice 35 mins with 2people on counters for the main post office counters for Taunton.I was appalled at the assistants customer service to an elderly gentleman who waited just as long as me; it was appalling although not out of character having been on the end of his incompetence before

@IndiaPostOffice Speedpost# AW768091159IN is DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS on 21-Nov. I have not received it at my address. I checked at local postoffice (Pin 122003, Sector 45 SO) & item never reached there. It's urgent, pls check & deliver correctly.
