@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney for escalating the problem to the right person and resolving this quickly. My under 5kg is now posted as Printed Papers. The Printed Papers service does exist. If your local Post Office tells you otherwise they need training!
