@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

When you send something to the country of Georgia and once youve convinced @PostOffice staff that it is indeed a country and not a US state you find the item is on its way to the Falkland Islands because they’re too stupid to realise South Georgia is not Georgia!! 😡😡😡

@BBCLookNorth It's no wonder the #PostOffice is losing money, I avoid using them unless I've no choice nowadays. Too expensive, slow and should run 7days/week.

@PostOffice It’s just a mess! Spoken to numerous ppl/companies no one can help so rang directly and then got cut off but it takes ages to get back through. You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!

The Royal Mail became something really annoying. Before was quicker and now we have to wait. At the office in Hoxton street there was a long queue. Service is getting more expensive and worst.#royal@ail #postoffice #royalmail

@PostOffice wonder if you can enlighten me. Alloa store can’t make top ups for gas. 4 weeks now. My nearest store is now 1hr 30min walk I have no car and a single dad with kids. With the rate gas its getting used a stupid rate. Using public transport just isn’t affordable.
