@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice absolute joke of a service. Paid for 48 hour delivery on Wednesday to be delivered today as the parcel is needed for this evening. And now I get told its not going to be delivered until Monday. What's the point of offering if you can't provide the service?

@sarahmccarten @PostOffice @TSB You’ll need to contact TSB on this number and this number only - 0345 975 8758. The branch won’t still have it and your TSB branch won’t be able to help, but that is the number for their Post Office liaison. Hope it turns up for you soon!

@PostOffice Thanks. What can I say? The shopkeeper is rude, don't even smile, unprofessional. We visit the shop everyday to send parcels. The person throws the parcel away in front of our eyes. When challenged, he did not care to respond.
