@PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice The Port Talbot Post office was open, my in-law were there in business hours & it was empty apart from 4 counter staff chatting told each. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy

ARGH!! The frustration. Every time I go to the @PostOffice to return something we have the same issue. We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

Imagine walking to a @PostOffice and wanting to buy an envelope because you don’t have any at home, and there are no shops nearby; to be told they don’t have any. Not only this, but to be repeatedly met with resistant, rude and unhelpful ‘customer service’.

@PostOffice How can I send a birthday card containing a £30 gift card without it being stolen AGAIN? It's £3 to send 2nd class securely with cover for only £20. I'm just sick of your pathetic service. Maybe if you stopped taking money to deliver the river of advert **** may help

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.

That’s total baloney. Your service is horrible. I thought the Postoffice was the worst in history now you can’t even deliver. Something’s been sitting at the terminal for two freaking days every day. It’s a new excuse and another day added to the delivery time.

@frfunlouis @PostOffice That’s Royal Mail customer services number. Nothing at all to do with Post Office.
