I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Awful

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.

Justice and even common decency. There is no real justice until we see one person guilty of abuse of power facing accountability. These people were sacrificed for nothing.
