@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@MoonpigUK @PostOffice dreadful service today. PO del person posted a card despite someone being at home. A note on the door and del instructions, told them to leave behind the open gate. The reality is, they never had a parcel, otherwise it would have been left. postcode G75 8HX

@PostOffice @ewendj It'll be a training issue. Staff don't know what a Scottish banknote looks like so can't check if they're forgeries. At least that's the lame *** excuse I was given by a national retailer in Crawley
