  @mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

  @PostOffice @slkbeauty2019 Records of standard mail items are not stored on post office equipment. We have never bern able to reproduce a receipt at a later date not even for police! Its the customers responsibility to ensure they have them and keep them safe incase they need them for a claim!

  @PiyushGoyal My postoffice is not even mentioned in the drop down of the @IncomeTaxIndia new website though it is the main post office. Tweeted, mail sent & called up CPC but no rectification even after 1 month. Our Fin Minister is busy thought u wud do something n pull them up.

  @slkbeauty2019 @PostOffice We cannot reprint receipts, once a customer has left the counter the information e.g tracking numbers is gone from out system. We don't store tracking numbers.

  @GouldsBlog @PostOffice Precisely. You only need to pin down more than one auditor/investigator telling more than one spm "You're the only one" ........ The spm's will surely recall the names of the people who grilled them.

  @angry_corner Hi. We're not aware of any reason why the PO wouldn't accept an international item, it's only Tracked 24/48 items that can't be posted there. Hopefully @PostOffice can shed some light on the issue. In the meantime, you can post any item type at your local RM delivery office Oscar
