@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Strikes were well publicised, companies did have other options, bound to have a knock on effect throughout WHOLE service. Ex postie myself. The whole point of strikes is that they are disruptive

@PostOffice Over 25 mins on Monday. This Post Office is the only bank in the town. It is absolutely ridiculous. @YourMcColls have reduced staff down to 1 member and it closes over lunchtime too!

@chrisyelland It's not just Eskom/loadshedding. "Whatever the ANC runs it ruins" SA's entire physical and social infrastructure are failing: Denel Education Health Policing/safety Postoffice Rail Roads Sassa/grant Sewage/drains Etc #CorruptheidMustFall The only fix is to vote the ANC out.

@kimwillsher1 @PostOffice Signed for isnt a tracked service, it receives an acceptance scan when you post it, the info will then update once royal mail attempt delivery

@helpfulnomes We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service you received in branch. We're suspended the delivery guarantee for Special Delivery by 9am and by 1pm items posted from the 23/11/22 up to and including the 03/12/22. Customers will not...

@PostOffice What is the procedure for a suspected forged note please? A post office has retained a £20 note, informing that it would be returned if genuine but nothing would be heard if it was a forgery. Surely the customer should hear one way or the other?
