@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Standing in the queue at the Post Office in WHSmith for ages this afternoon. About 20 people in the queue, just 1 person on the counter. 3 x Self-service tills, which vast majority chose not to use. Old man with zimmer frame in queue. Unimpressed. Dreadful service. @PostOffice 🤨

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice @coopuk Thank you Kate. Delay was the time being taken by two customers for reasons unknown. Royal Mail van was waiting outside After my phone call to the manager I went back in and the counter clerk was dealing with the post. I fail to see why the manager could not take over the counter

@wfcouncil Thank U re help 4 mother/ rising energy bills. But lady at Swiss Cottage PO said scheme ceased 2nd Aug & refused pmt despite all the right paperwork; spent excruciating embarrassing half an hour there & made to feel like a criminal. @PostOffice Sort it! #winterfuel
