@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

@PostOffice Oh dear... resorting to pre-internet tech for a web only offer. 🙈 Might just be best to let your website developers know there’s a problem. And fix it.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice For how long will your online payment system be down? I am trying to arrange postal redirection & it won't let me pay. Having spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday waiting for your customer services (?) team to sort this for me, I am not inclined to ring.

@PostOffice Why should I have to ring a helpline and wait in a queue when I can log and see details of the policy, add a new card, etc? And why has your chat service been off all day?
-
Chris McMullen
(@MarmaladeBus) reported
@PostOffice Why does "manage my renewal" not actually contain the option to cancel your insurance renewal? Between this and the chat being offline in the middle of the day, seems like you're making it hard for anyone to cancel.

@GouldsBlog You could ask the same question about the civil service until the mid-80s or later. No qualifications required, ‘skills’ acquired by traditional “sitting with Nellie”. I’m guessing the same in @PostOffice Ltd then or even later.

@highland_andy @PostOffice Might be worth looking in to - I used to just hand in the addressed parcels for them to process. That way you get to support your local post office too.
