@mariaspears Good isn’t it. I’m a bit of a *** with a lot of this but from the outside in the @PostOffice seem to have half arsed this from day dot because imo they thought the tax payers money would make it all go away and it would never see the court room.

Very poor services by @IndiaPostOffice in Punjab's Moga district. Postman didn't deliver the post which contains urgent medicines and when i visited postoffice they denied to give at 1530hrs and asked to come on monday. Thats why #Privatization is need of the hour. @

@FIROfficial Hi, I got my package from the postoffice today. I ordered on feb. 27th 2 digital tickets (one for each show in April) plus a hoodie. The hoodie arrived, but no tickets inside the package. It was still firmly closed, so I guess the tickets were never inside. Pleas help me

@PostOffice Hi, we spend lots with you daily sending parcels it’s great service. However, last week 3 parcels were sent on the same day & all 3 have turned up smashed. We can’t claim because you call them breakable items. We send multiples & never had an issue. Can’t be our fault

Absolutely terrible service from @PostOffice and @RoyalMailHelp . Sent on a wild goose chase for two hours trying to find my parcel. Multiple people telling me my parcel is not there & multiple people telling me it is & a phone handler who just told me to try again tomorrow. HELP
