@PostOffice why are cards we have posted to our daughter in Edinburgh not delivered. At least 3 have now not arrived. Sort something out, not good service.

The most convoluted claims process which is so nightmarish, almost like they designed it to put people off. Literally don't care they've lost your package.. all you get is a big '**** you'

@PostOffice @Royalmail main branch in 2nd biggest city in the country and total time drain. All 11 self service tills are closed because you 'don't have the staff' If I ran my small business like that i'd be bankrupt.

@PostOffice 3 of 3 I still have a full sheet of stamps to swap at some point. What guarantee can you give that your post office cashiers will issue proof of postage next time? This could be a nice earner for anyone a bit dodgy, make the freepost swap out envelopes disappear! 😡

@PostOffice your travel card service and app is hopeless, constant bugs on the app,deposits not showing up despite bank transferring money onto the card.Last used it 5 years, ago it was great, now woeful.
