@PostOffice why are cards we have posted to our daughter in Edinburgh not delivered. At least 3 have now not arrived. Sort something out, not good service.

This from govt website “If your vehicle was … registered before 8 January 1981, you do not need to pay vehicle tax from 1 April 2021.” Yours may be eligible from 01/04/22. Also, not true of *ALL* P.O. date stamps.

@PostOffice Awful customer service trying to activate a travel card.picked up a card from local post office to get home and find out I couldn’t link the activate card, been on the phone to CS since Wednesday provided all my ID again, and advised Thursday will be sorted

@maxsec @PostOffice @lv Read the letter that then FJ CEO had sent to MPs, bearing in mind in just few months later the Post Office and Fujitsu met and agreed to withhold evidence from a defence team of a forthcoming trial about known Horizon issues in case it affected (used by) other upcoming trials

@PostOffice This is not true is it though? I did renewal at post office on 9th November 2021 and still have not received this (8 weeks later). Cant get through to DVLA to track this so rang post office to see if they can help and answer is no. Now my licence has run out what do I do!
