    After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?

    @ArturNadol7566 @BrianSm0239181 This is so well deserved. However, many others who were complicit in the PostOffice scandal and also have Knighthoods or any other 'honour' should hang their heads in shame and think very seriously about returning them. @EdwardJDavey in particular!

    Sounds just like @NatWestBusiness @RBSBusiness they even had a department to teach staff how to forge customers signatures. Just like #postoffice victims they tried to cover up their bad behaviour and lied lied lied and denied #stoprob

    @saybwala @KesariDhwaj U should also raise complain against ur postman, they always deliver mail at home. Never went to postoffice to pickup mail

    @PostOffice Do you know how you support the use and accessibility of cash? Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.

    Bhanu pratap postman refused to give me the parcel on spot . This is really very bad when a customer is going to postoffice for his own parcel then is this a way postman behaves ?

    @PostOffice Haha,no wonder the post office has become useless,you can't even do IT. BTW your ad featuring the African family with a white wife is grossly offensive,and I won't be using post office for anything never mind insurance if I can possibly help it. #gowokegobroke

    @JM_Scindia sir,when u were the Aviation Minister,you did commendable work but presently your PostOffice department is neither paying attention to public concern nor any body is listing & response.Most of the staff are 10th pass & their way of talking to customers is very rude.

    @CompaniesHouse @GOVUK What dreadful service. For the past 3 months i have been trying to verify my identity. No help from both. Gov uk agents told me now that I need to get an accountant. Why can i not get a letter for the postoffice. Broken-down. Stressed
