After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?

@PostOffice this “advice” is so bad, it’s bordering on the criminally negligent.

@PostOffice Wondering when the postal service in Wimbledon will improve. Large letter size small parcel sent 1st class 1030am Wednesday morning to my granddaughter still hasn’t arrived. 60 miles. I can send parcels to Northumberland, 280 miles, and they arrive the next day.

@PostOffice care to explain why your broadband is so poor for the prices you charge??? Absolute disgrace

@PostOffice There really is no point, my Dad has called and now so have I on his behalf. I will assist him to look for other insurance, where they treat their customers with dignity and respect.

@PostOffice Awful customer service at your Harrow branch, and in particular a certain member of staff who was very verbally aggressive towards me this afternoon.

@PostOffice This kind of non-service is a regular occurrence. Charging First Class rates for a 3+ day delivery is disgraceful.

@PostOffice Please also take a look at the reviews on Google for this post office. 99% of them complaining about the staff. Also, why not stick a load of self-service machines in there for the basic tasks so the queue can be minimalized instead of a whole rack of kids toys that no one buys!

@PostOffice Walworth Road. All the staff are rude. The store is dull and like going into hell. I will never go back unless I absolutely have to. Also there is a large lady working there sat listening to music and chatting on her phone the entire shift she works.

@PostOffice Thanks again, but the chatbot just ends up telling me to call the service number......I guess I will just have to hold for who knows how long and see if I get through!!

@PostOffice Thank you for coming back so quickly. I just wanted to raise it, the person that served me said it was getting them down because members of the public were taking their frustrations out on them. All because hours were cut and staff couldn’t afford the drop in pay.

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.
