After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?

@PostOffice St Albans. Google Maps says was there 20 minutes - easily enough for some rogue Covid transmission. Not all counters staffed, nobody supporting self-service. Appreciate staff may be down due to Covid, but every counter process takes sooooooo long. New Zealand P.O., takes seconds.

.@PostOffice just went into my local branch to get some help from the brilliant staff. Was told this is no longer an option and that I must use the (infuriating) machine. Can I ask where I can feedback how disappointed I am with this change?

@PostOffice lowering standards everyday. TikTok postmate / postperson keeps her job after purposely making people miss deliveries, and now others seem to be intentionally leaving items in plain sight along busy roads in unsecure locations. If only @AmazonUK did post service too.

@PostOffice Went two post office in Birmingham to be told you can’t withdraw from post office accounts as system is down its just a basic card account it kept declining and message on screen was down try again 30mins
