How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

@santanderuk Absolute joke got payments need to do tonight and cant do a simple task online like change a OTP number, keep shutting branches down were can speak to a human putting it all in to customers hands to do online advertise it EASY to do 24 / 7 yet none of it is easy

@santanderuk what’s going on with your annoying website? For weeks now when I use business banking it logs me off constantly. I log in then boots me off. My partner has same problem. What’s that about? It’s tax day for goodness sake.
