    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

    @ICooper @santanderuk @BankofScotland What. ********. Most of my banking is with Starling these days, and it's great. Especially with international stuff. I'm glad I avoid high street banks for this. I'm not looking forward to signing up for a mortgage with clowns like these.

    @santanderuk your Customer service is beyond a joke. Locked out of our whole internet banking because you didn’t like a payment that wasn’t large and to someone we pay regularly. Called the num on block mess, it was closed. Colleague now saying we should have called a diff num

    @santanderuk gave Pre-authorisation to a mortgage then found an outstanding bill for £6.20 (since cancelled as it was an error) and cancelled mortgage offer. Avoid them like the plague @bancosantander if trying to buy a house

    Hello @santanderuk. Could you please be more modern before I fully switch to something else? 1) Allow the SAME operations in your app than on the website (add/amend standing order for example, cancel direct debit) 2) Stop spamming me with SMS verification when I just verified?

    Hey @santanderuk sooo that approved mortgage offer we first spoke about on 7th May... I’m still waiting on confirmation. Yep, still. 35 days later. (You promised 14 days max.) I don’t like complaining, but I’m literally going to lose my house if you don’t fix this tomorrow.

    I went into my @santanderuk branch on Thursday to provide evidence of my name change. Since then I’ve received multiple emails addressing me by my old name and title and asking how the service was. Please can you confirm my details have actually been changed?
