@InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

@santanderukhelp No one has been in touch. It’s been five months. My credit score is now in the poor band. My credit card companies might take them away. @santanderuk clearly don’t care about this and the impact terrible service has on people

@santanderuk worst credit card service. Over one hour on phone again, gave up again. Unable to use card due to this. Chat service couldn’t help other than referring back to the same phone line. Used Nationwide credit card instead
