Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told

@santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pie out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.

@santanderuk trying to talk to someone about my business account as waited over a month for a response. I have hung on phone today for 20 minutes and got cut off while it was still waiting to be picked up. Your chat appears not to be working. Hard work being your customer!
