    @MrsMummypennyUK @santanderuk They then spent an hour explaining mortgages, the different options, why they couldn’t help, what could be done to improve what could be borrowed, how to reduce the monthly payment, how overpayments work and finally, they wished good luck on the house search.     Hi @santanderuk would like to report a fault on your phone banking. Every 20secs im told "Sorry to keep you waiting" This is excessive anyone would think you want me to hang up.... please fix asap

    @santanderuk I do like to be helpful, but is it relevant to send me a customer experience survey when I've just popped into the branch to use the ATM if the outside one is in use? No problem with doing a survey when I have interacted with the staff.
