@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!

Just tried registering for online banking @santanderuk. Not only would the website not let me but the helpline it told me to phone is no longer in use and when I eventually got through to a human he put the phone down on me! Thinking of closing my accounts now.

@santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!
