@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple
