@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pie out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.
