    @santanderuk You absolutely have to get rid of #enactconveyancing, who have royally screwed up our mortgage and are impossible to get hold of. Check the hashtag - it's an incredibly poor look.

    . @santanderuk been in Greece for a month and suddenly my card isn't working here. Everytime I try to get cash it just says transaction cancelled. Tried multiple ATMs. Is there a known problem?

    Disgusted with the @LloydsBank service, transferred to 6 or 7 different individuals before they finally hung the phone up on me. No customer service, absolutely appauled @Barclays @santanderuk your service is much better

    @santanderuk The fact that me losing my phone totally blocks me from using my card online is appalling. Your online OTP service did not allow me to change my number. Had I been in danger with a broken phone I would have been stranded. Severely disappointed.
