How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk You should have a service dedicated to elderly people or at the least have someone come out and visit sick elderly people in hospital. I'll be writing to the CEO to improve your services for the elderly which are currently not fit for purpose.

@santanderuk we are trying to SPEAK to someone in your ISA managers team. Their telephone number is nowhere to be found. We are financial advisers, not clients and need to actually speak to someone. Please help
