How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

@santanderuk your staff in the Sutton branch really need training when dealing with a bereavement! We have had an awful experience when trying to close my nieces account this morning! She was 22 and the service was appalling!

@santanderuk When are you going to become a customer friendly bank. You refuse to help online, your website will only offer help if we register for online banking. You close branches.....you forcing people to leave? You discriminate against customers.

@santanderuk Are you not legally supposed to help customers? You offer no help on your website other than to those for online banking. You will only talk if you register for online banking. So we are forced to use a service we do not wish too? May be if I write to your CEO...
