  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk I opened a cash Isa on 29th April with the plan to transfer an Isa into your account. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp They are receiving help from us as a Debt Advice Charity - we have the Authorisation etc - we just need to send you information electronically like we do with other banks like HSBC who have an email companies like Cabot or Lowell...

  @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

  Morning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today it’s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.
