@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

@santanderuk I have been sent a mortgage offer email but when I try and accept it online it says that it doesn't exist. I'm just a bit aware that the LMS service has to be completed in 48 hours. Can you help please?

@santanderuk Set up a joint account but only he gets emails about the switch. I set it up so why is he getting the main emails? We've both got login emails and post so why not the switch too? Not the first time this has happened when the man gets the details and not the woman!

@santanderuk diabolical customer service towards a new customer new security number blocked for a online account that you can only verify via pc🤔not the app told to wait 30 days before ringing back to wait in a queue for 30mins then customer service abruptly ended call
