@santanderuk Hi there. If I pay a check drawn on another bank into my Santander account, when should I get the money? Do you clear checks using cheque imaging? I thought it was by midnight the next working day plus 1 more day as I paid it in at the Post Office.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk If it wasn't bad enough that my elderly mother hasn't got a branch near her, she can no longer access online banking as it says she needs to verify on the app but the app won't upload to her phone. Can someone please advise how to get verified.

@LizChessher @santanderuk @santanderukhelp We did manage to get it sorted but it took weeks of going back and forth and getting passed around various support staff before we finally sent complaints directly to the company directors and got a more concrete answer. I share your pain and hopefully it gets sorted soon 🤞
