  @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

  @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

  I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

  @Factor50JSA @santanderuk Hiya @Factor50JSA Hope you're well. ..and what could have been pension contributions are going into maintaining the freeholder's property asset value: defect-fixing, inflated service charges, commissions, permission and assignment fees, admin charges and mark-ups.
