@abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service

@santanderuk we have spent weeks trying to get my sons money back after a scam. But we are getting messed around by various departments. The funny thing is the scam money was blocked and didn’t go through the scammers, but it’s not been returned to his account. Can you help pls?

Service at its worst! @santanderuk, I have sent over 6 hours on and off over the past two days on the phone trying to get through to someone in support. It was faster for me to move banks then get in contact with you! Well done @StarlingBank, unlucky @santanderuk
