  @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

  @santanderuk trying to help my FIL set up online banking has been the worst experience. Hours and hours of phone calls, letters that don't arrive, blocking banking as soon as it has been set up. Voice ID when he has had throat cancer. An hour wait on each call. It's awful.

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

  @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.
