welshbird1971 (@welshbird1971) reported from Horsham, England@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

Diane Hellyer (@Postgate) reported from Horsham, EnglandDear @santanderuk, Closing at 12.30 on Friday is not customer service! Not opening until 10 am on Monday isn't enough. I was outside your door, just now, ready to pay a BIG bill. No, l don't bank online, l like to talk to people. But you don't want to chat! #notcustomerservice

Richard #GoneSailing (@RichardCR56) reported from Worthing, England@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

-
Paul (@tooshortplanks) reportedJust contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.
-
Tom King (@silentshark) reported@santanderuk any chance you could answer your phone? Appaling service
-
BH (@Welshyyyyy) reported@The_Swell_Shark @santanderuk Couldn't agree more, it's absolutely awful
-
Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think that’s symptomatic of a bigger issue. Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).

Laura odell (@lauraodell13) reported@santanderuk I have been trying to contact customer service for a few days now, my account has been blocked. Please can someone contact me asap

jo (@5arstudent) reported@santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.
