@santanderuk As a longstanding customer, went into your Norwich branch to open an account for my son. Turns out you need an appointment. Fair enough. Next appointment: July!! What???

@santanderuk worst credit card service. Over one hour on phone again, gave up again. Unable to use card due to this. Chat service couldn’t help other than referring back to the same phone line. Used Nationwide credit card instead

Woke up feeling helpless re #Ukraine situation,in my younger yrs I'd have travelled overland to Poland to help in someway So thru my bank @santanderuk gave donation which they match Been told better than donating clothes,so donated those to local charity shop

Got a @santanderuk bank account which I haven’t been able to access in a week due to their incompetence. Good job I don’t rely on being able to access my own money…. Oh wait!
