    You go through the stress of someone stealing from your account and this is how @santanderukhelp @santanderuk handle it. They have no care about you as a customer. I have never been treated so badly. Totally shaken by the fraud and now I am being treated so badly @BBCNews

    @ChutneyRebel @santanderuk Sorry to hear in my case I left the queue but Santander is performing crap customer services. They should at least tell you your position on the queue. Of course, they spent money on executives, parties and whatever.....

    @santanderuk do not put ur savings in santander when you go to withdraw they will block your account and call the police on you.

    Hi @santanderuk I went to branch in December before Xmas to change my address and have since had letters to my new address. Today I’ve had a letter (redirected by Royal Mail) that was sent to my old address, it’s dated 10th Jan. Can you help please?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Get this for customer service. Range 1pm re Fraud Case on hold for 1 hour. Range different number then whilst query some details the agent hung up (on a Fraud case!). Then got through to someone helpful but had to pass me to another department. ...1

    @santanderuk why do you block my account access when I'm transferring money to another bank account of mine? I can't reach your security team via phone, your online bot doesn't understand "blocked access", your branch can't fix the problem either. Traditional banks are a joke...
