Long story but she is now going through citizens advice bureau-if you have no luck, it might be worth talking to them-super helpful, free service. Good luck 🤞🏼

@MorganBroadcast I’m rooting for you today, sounds to me like @VirginActiveUK have a problem with an insider there, they need to investigate that issue as a matter of urgency. But clearly @santanderuk’s customer service has been beyond appalling. Fingers crossed for a positive resolution asap!

@MorganBroadcast So just to shed some light on the pin thing the @santanderuk mobile app gives you the pin if they had your phone and reset the touch id they got your pin that way. I'm so sorry this happened and I hope that they can help some way
