Dear @santanderuk, Closing at 12.30 on Friday is not customer service! Not opening until 10 am on Monday isn't enough. I was outside your door, just now, ready to pay a BIG bill. No, l don't bank online, l like to talk to people. But you don't want to chat! #notcustomerservice

@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte I'm so very very sorry to read that you have been an awful lot. No help from either @VirginActiveUK or @santanderuk. Absolutely disgraceful from both to take ZERO responsibility and for their failings

@MorganBroadcast I hope @santanderuk @santanderukhelp will work with you to investigate exactly what went wrong here to protect all its customers. I’ve been a customer of theirs for 20 years+ but will switch in a heartbeat if their systems mean my money and security is compromised.

@MorganBroadcast Locks are easy to pick - can pretty easily get under a minute if I recall right. Barriers is easy, the thieves likely broke them. Others I'm not sure, but the bank details being changed is down to @santanderuk failing at security.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is awful Charlotte! Not sure whether this will help but there is a Direct Debit Indemnity claim, One aspect of this is the Direct Debit Guarantee where customers can claim money back immediately via their bank if a collection error is made!

@OwsWills @santanderuk I've spent the best part of a year with Santander trying to sort out a Section 75 claim. Not good. Poor communication even after an Ombudsman decision went my way. Seriously tempted to move mortgage and accounts from there based on their customer service alone.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk PINs are easy. If someone has your phone & can access your bank accounts with it, they can just navigate to "Display Card Details" (different banks may use different terms) and then "Display PIN". If you set up biometric access, your phone will require your fingerprint to unlock.

@MorganBroadcast Try you and yours, BBC RADIO 4 consumer programme. I'm a @santanderuk customer seriously thinking if it's wise to remain so.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had your phone and managed to access your savings acc to transfer money to the current acc then surely they could use the app to see your cards pin number? Awful that they are blaming you
