Been with @santanderuk since I was a baby & the one time I need their help. I spend 1 hour 23 minutes on hold to be told you need to place your request online. Now I’m on line I can submit as it won’t accept any photos 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Maybe a change is needed !!!

@santanderuk Woeful service. Trying to report lost card since before 8pm this evening. On hold for 2h 45m and counting. Can’t use app as phone was lost also. online banking via chat bot - useless. Now have to go to bed uncertain about account security. Pitiful.

. @santanderuk now charging premium rates for customer service phone calls! Absolutely disgusting. Elderly father cannot even order himself a cheque book now.
