@santanderuk @IoCoding @TechUpWomen Santander bank licence should be review fin ombudsman mislead biz, cont refusal SME help during C19 unless 100% gov backed BBL. Only then swift help, even group comp BBL now causes serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil. Anything else but bounce back 4 sant biz clients

@kevinmagoo72 It seems I can pay it in at a Post Office but need a pay-in slip & envelope & going on the @santanderuk @santanderukhelp site is a waste of time as their 'Automated assistant' keeps asking daft questions even after you have answered them!! 🤬🤬

@santanderuk Been trying to get in touch to speak to someone to resolve an urgent issue that I have with my card getting blocked for intl. payments. Have waited more than 30 mins each time without managing to speak to anyone. Terrible service. What are my options ?

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I help my 85 yo dad manage his money. I can see £3500 on the Santander app in their account but yesterday & today, after taking taxis to the branch they told him he has £101..! That's worried him to death and he and his 80 yo wife arguing

Do you have a @HSBC_UK business account? We bank with @santanderuk with most of our services purchased online via card, but since recent changes to the way card payments are handled (due to regulations) we've had no end of issues. Is it the same with HSBC?
