@santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.

@santanderuk Has anyone else had problems with Santander rejecting payment to and existing mandate and then blocking your account for a 48 hour review period? Also waiting literally hours to speak to their security team? Truly terrible customer service :((
