25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?

@santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.
