    @santanderuk hi guys, my parents are away in Italy and my mum had her purse stolen. The thieves have already used her cards. She said she has cancelled one online but is currently on the phone to you (on hold) to confirm both have been cancelled. Can you help?

    @santanderuk what’s your current wait time since you have a tendency to block my card and waste my time waiting for support on a call for an hour….

    @MartinSLewis Trouble is that many of us are trying to do that but @santanderukhelp @santanderuk is making it impossible to do. Hours waiting on the phone, can’t do it online and no branches. No one seems to care

    @santanderuk access to online banking blocked without apparent reason. Called helpline, answered a lot of security questions to be told the lady can't help. Now on hold for more than 1 hour and have to cancel the call. Please advise.

    @santanderuk Why is your telephone service so abysmal? After a 25 minute wait listening to the usual patronising messages and nauseating muzak, I’m answered by someone so rude and disinterested that I realise I’ve completely wasted my time. Do you hate your customers that much?

    @santanderuk you keep sending letters and notifications on apps and emails to get in touch about mortgage fix rate ending... impossible to get in touch with you..I have spent 4hrs on hold one day and another 2 over the past week. Absolutely pathetic.

    @viagogo @Tesco I will do so - although I have now ordered tickets using my @santanderuk account, so not much for you to do. Unless maybe you have trouble with Tesco, or they with you, but for a customer, either way, that experience sucks!

    @santanderuk absolutely disgusted that I am left without access to MY funds. A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice
