  @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

  @santanderuk been trying to use the Sandi service on my app since yesterday afternoon but it keeps advising me that it’s experiencing some issues and to try again later. Is this a known problem? I’ve done recent update, cache clear and reinstalled. Also tried this on laptop

  @wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. Did this man pass security? I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

  @Chase @santanderuk @AskNationwide Imagine putting all banking transactions down at the same time to do maintenance so that we get stranded can’t get food can’t get uber home all because you all decide to go down at the same time. Oh wait you did… Well in banks

  @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB I’ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

  @santanderuk trying to call your credit card helpline but the call disconnects every single time, why is this? Terrible service!
