Hey @santanderuk how about you inform customers when you block their accounts so they know what’s happening? I’ve spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through for my blocked online banking and I’m clueless as to why you’ve blocked it! Still haven’t got through either

@santanderuk why is your process for fraud checking payments so bad. Sometimes at random (apparently) you block my payments, tell me nothing, don’t communicate with me and then make me sit on hold for 20 minutes to talk to you. I know security is key but this process is terrible

@santanderuk why are your customer services so pathetic? I've repeatedly chased and was promised a response by 48hrs and promised a call at 5pm by close of business today 8pm by back office team. And surprise surprise didn't get the call. Clearly its urgent for me, but not for u
