Debit card stopped working, told it was faulty (wouldn’t stop it being used online but still) Ordered new one, still can’t use contactless. Went to the branch to get help, was told no one could help as I didn’t have an appointment @santanderuk you can go & suck my salty lolly!

@santanderuk tried twice to apply for your new savings account, once on phone, once on laptop. Kicks you out at the last pages. Must be system issue or they’ve had too much demand? Maybe best to inform customers before filling all those forms in

@kevharrison_ @santanderuk If you have Instagram account you can just search @Trucybercare and send him message he's some Cybersecurity specialist all tech refund recovery it might be of help to you
