    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

    Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

    @santanderuk when nearly £7k is fraudulently taken from your account and you spend an hour on hold trying to speak to somebody only to be cut off. Ruined Sunday. Worst service ever…

    @santanderuk Hi, I'm trying to close down a credit card account. There's a balance due to be refunded to me - but every time I call to supply details for payment, I can never get through. Is there an email I can send details to?

    @santanderukhelp Actually, I take that thanks back. We're now into our 4th hour on hold. Payments to the carers ergo look after our father are now delayed. The service from @santanderuk is appalling. Are customers supposed to hold indefinitely?

    @santanderuk BLOODY APP IS ALWAYS GOT A PROBLEM. FIRST THE OTHER DAY FOR 24 HOURS. NOT THIS MORNING CANT BLOODY LOG IN. PUT MY SECURITY NUMBERS IN AND ….NOTHING CANT SEE ANYTHING ON MY BANK. BLOODY PAIN IN THE ARSE NOW ITS NEARLY EVERY SODDING DAY . CANT TRANSFER FROM SAVINGS TO CURRENT

    It amazes me that traditional banks are still around. My new @santanderuk card. The letter says use vertual assistant to activate. It tells me to log in. 15 mins on the phone, lady tells me I can't log in because I dont have account details. #incompetent

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp your telephone service is getting worse. Twice now I’ve called my Select number and been told “ill speak to this team” then next thing I know I’m transferred and on hold. No explanation. 47 minute call there to merge two personal ids.

    @santanderuk waited on four separate days for over 20 min each on your fraud line without answer. This is appalling. With this level of customer service can you give me any reason why I shouldn’t change banks?
