@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

Patiently awaiting someone to ring me from the complaints department @santanderuk a week on when promised a release of my money within 48hrs. Poor communication, victim or fraud several times with this bank but not with other companies I use. Treated like **** I have been. 😡

@santanderuk Hi Santander - do you have a direct email address for your Get to know your team department? Customer abroad is trying to get hold of anyone who can explain why account frozen and isbeing told to speak to that team. Left on hold for long periods and can’t get through

I tried to open an ISA today with @santanderuk as a home for my modest savings. As an existing customer, I assumed that this would be a straightforward process. Far from it. I feel strangled by red tape and am still waiting for a call back. A deeply frustrating experience.

Idk what’s happened to @santanderuk recently but their customer service via webchat is appalling, no wonder so many people are leaving it and swapping banks.
