    Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

    Banking giant @santanderuk confirms existing eSaver Lim. Ed (issue 1) savers now get 3.25% AER / 3.2% gross, up from 2.75% AER / 2.72% gross first offered at launch in Oct '22. The increase will apply automatically

    Patiently awaiting someone to ring me from the complaints department @santanderuk a week on when promised a release of my money within 48hrs. Poor communication, victim or fraud several times with this bank but not with other companies I use. Treated like **** I have been. 😡

    Why are @santanderuk so awful when it comes to chargebacks / refunds on unrecognised transactions? 🙄 Takes a scammer 5 seconds to drain your account yet your expected to wait 7-10 days for your money back and jump Through countless hoops? 🤔

    My Bank used to have a local business manager, then they got rid of them and now it takes weeks to get an appointment with the centralized one. The person is sick so it’s weeks again to reschedule! Great business service @santanderuk

    Are @santanderuk the worst rated business bank. Appalling service to business in pretty much every aspect. Started the process of moving all accounts to @monzo.
