Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk because of how slow you are we are going miss our deadline for our transaction. Over the months which have gone by (over 3), you have seemed to be very hard work and not bothered by it at all. You already acknowledged ur fault on some delays but still make excuses

@santanderuk Anyone else sick to death of the rubbish customer service? This is the 5th time in a month Ive made an international payment and each time after entering my OTP my account is bloocked - in order to unblock you have to ring - Great - but no one answers -36 mins now

@santanderuk Its a blessing in disguise as out of 6 different banks i have used, your website is the least useful. So just called, after 3 minutes of your IVA talking rubbish, it asks if i want to setup voice confirmation, i press for no, now prompted to record a voice confirmation!

@santanderuk Spent all afternoon on 3 calls totalling over 180 minutes on hold, going through security repeatedly, then back on hold again, then getting dropped trying to unblock my account. Appalling customer service. Been with you for many years, but not much longer at this rate!

@santanderuk Recently switched to Santander from Nationwide< what a mistake that was. Incompetent complaints department and promised by branch manager to deal with a problem who has done nothing. Need to switch back pronto to a proper bank.
