Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

Hey @santanderuk if you give a **** about your customers you would do something about the horrendously distorting and ear-splitting hold music. It could genuinely damage someone’s hearing.
