  @santanderuk Pathetic customer service, after being on hold for an hour and a half at 5am in a different country. I spoke to two different advisors who haven’t got a clue, pass me on to another advisor and the phone cuts off. Unbelievable.

  So I tell @santanderuk that I’m going to Dublin. The next day they block my card for the following reason “lots of Euro transactions in Dublin”. Spend 45 minutes on hold to be told “it will be unblocked by 16:30 today” - how’s that acceptable? #shambles

  @Flaneurble @Easy_As_He_They @santanderuk That was very well publicised at the time and McPartlin was remorseful, took time away from the public eye and took the time to fix it. Very little publicity on Boy George 🙄 just because you are a gay man does not give you a free pass. I say that as a gay man.

  Congratulations @santanderuk blocking a disabled persons bank card without advising. They’ve then been left with no money on 2 occasions. They’ve been given numbers to ring but can’t get through. There partner has had to make 100 mile round trip on 2 occasions as he’s working

  Hey @santanderuk i know your lines are really busy (insufficiently staffed) and i know your web site says there's a form there (but there isn't , really is there ) Other then going into town to see the clerk is there a way you can send me the form to dispute a payment. Thanks

  @sen_j59 @santanderuk I find @santanderuk awful. I have a terrible on-going problem with them and cannot see a way our of it.
