    we've been 3hrs now on hold to @santanderuk customer services. How can 3hr without being able to speak to anybody at all yet be acceptable? #santander #customerservicefail

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

    @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

    @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .
