Absolutely TERRIBLE service from @santanderuk Tried to make a large payment via the app. Blocked my account and their helpline doesn't open till 8am. Been trying to contact them for the last 30mins and they won't answer the phone. USELESS - will close account asap

@santanderuk I am a long standing customer. You have no right whatsoever to tell me how to spend my money, & that I cannot transfer to @binance Have you blocked people from spending on gambling sites if you're so concerned about their 'safety'? Of course not.

@santanderuk advised me months ago that if I was an existing customer I could port my mortgage to a new home that is equal or less value, avoiding the full application process. Today I applied online and got declined. Can you call our buyers and explain? And console my wife? 😡
