    @katebevan The bigger issue seems to be that with @santanderuk you just need a OTP to register a new device. The 'personal ID' required to generate the OTP is the card number - if that's been changed you can find it out using full name, D.O.B and post code all on a driving license.

    I think @santanderuk's digital banking services must be the worst of all the UK banks. Must make it so hard for their customer service teams. Needs serious overhaul.

    @santanderuk Evening. Around four times now when I've tried depositing money into my account via the post office the transaction has been declined. I've read Santander have limited the amount a customer can deposit via the post office over a certain time period. Is this true?

    @santanderuk is the banking app down it is not refreshing nor sending any money out it states complete but nothing is sent nor received and balance is stilk the same

    @santanderuk on hold to your consumer finance for am hour and half already! Also trying your online chat and that's been an hour! Not something I can do online need to speak to you but also working till 5 so can't ring later! Shocking
