Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk I just spent the last half an hour on the phone - 1st time I called it got cut off after waiting. Then 2nd time waited - customer service picked up and the phone cut off!

@santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else

@santanderuk You've been emailing & writing about a minor issue that I believe you have caused on one of my accounts. Because you no longer seem to allow your customers to respond to your emails I have no way to do so. I will not call you for security reasons. So we're stuck!
