You knew this, you requested proof from her GP. Heartless. You then pursued her for the full debt anyway. Sickening.

I will be their first thing tomorrow and you will resolve my complain immediately by closure of the relevant account or else.

I’m on the phone now trying 2sort it currently waiting to speak to a 4th person I have been trying 2 sort it 4 nearly an hour now 😡
