Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is appalling - however the PIN number issue reminded me of a radio program I heard earlier this year. One of the journalists mentioned she knew how the scammers in this case could access PIN numbers from stolen cards but obviously didn't broadcast it - I will send you link
