Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@Bounce_BackLoan @RishiSunak I know this doesn't help, but can I just say my experience with @santanderuk has been painless and smooth. The options are simple, clear and present including the payment holiday. Not helping, but feel that the ones getting it right need a mention 👍

@santanderuk Hey people. As a Santander customer, I can honestly say that they are utterly shite in every way. Imagine a set of really unhelpful people who take 45 mins to answer the phone, have no authority to comment on your problem (no intention to fix it), and pay you zero interest.

Ever tried to place a formal complaint with Santander @santanderuk don't bother !! The 0800 171 2171 number is a mass if prerecorded questions to which you press 1or2or3etc, and then you are DUMPED into an anwswerphone. Again SHOCKING service from Santander.

Hi @santanderuk I tried to contact security about an account issue today, after being told that I had to call instead of trying to sort the issue in store, and after being on hold for 30 minutes the call got cut

@santanderukhelp It's now June 29th, and apart from an email saying something along the lines of "we have raised this with the specialist loan contact" I still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Is this how @santanderuk treats all its customersr?
