Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk so despite cancelling this subscription and putting it in writing to you in JANUARY and two phone calls - NOW TV are still taking money each month. Waste of time trying to get this sorted. Bad service 🤬🤬😡😡

@santanderuk Why do you keep people holding on the phone, with the explanation “ due to the current climate” you should not be short staffed having continually closed branches , why are you not recruiting in your call centres ? Your customer service is a total disgrace

@santanderuk awful service. Kept waiting ages and then (again) told I will be transferred to someone who will help. Put back into the waiting queue for ages. Payments repeatedly stopped and no help from the bank. What am I to do

@santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.

So @santanderuk chat service can’t get in contact with any branch. At all apparently. To solve my issue all I need is that branch to call me. I can’t get there during opening times and they have no contact number. Mind you they could have called like they said they would
