Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@omnomis @VirginMoney do and have been fairly quick to respond. @santanderuk do, but not for customers who have business accounts. This is actually about a personal account, but because I also have a business account I have to use their crappy business website even for my personal account

@santanderuk hi, my mobile banking is saying I’ve been logged out for security reasons. And tells me to try again in 30 seconds. I keep trying, but still can’t get in. Can someone help please?

@santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible
