@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

@InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

@santanderuk I informed the branch in London that I would be travelling to India but I have been unable to withdraw money from an ATM on the various occasions I have tried. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient. With very high phone charges I'm reluctant to call. HELP

Anyone else having issues with new cars bought on a *** deal from @MarshallMotorGp , now owned by @Constellation Automotive Group or financed by @santanderuk? My Volvo XC60 is less than 18 months old & has been a total disaster from new!

@santanderuk worse bank in the world. Avoid them at all costs. They steal your money when you think your money is safe in a bank. It is not safe when they cannot even make the effort to give you access!!!!!! Beyond fed up!

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.

@Lee_Suffolk @santanderuk Yep, they also withdrew an additional payment (even after they told me this wouldn't happen) and haven't returned it. It's been over 2 weeks. Apparently their "back office" is working on it.
