Ps sorry you're going through this. It's a sign of general malaise when almost every service, public or private, is a headache to endure.

@santanderuk Almost 5 hours on the phone in the last week, and 1hr last night on hold. You restricted my account. If I’d been able to get through you’d have understood that you’ve made it literally impossible for me to upload the documents you’ve (overstepped and) asked for.

@santanderuk Just at Stansted Airport 2nd time I can't get into the Lounge which I pay for with the World Ellite card. AVOID applying definitely not worth the £15 a month. This is supposed to be the Select service?
