Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

I’m on the phone now trying 2sort it currently waiting to speak to a 3rd person I have been trying 2 sort it 4 nearly an hour now 😡
