    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

    @santanderuk Waiting for 1 hour on five occasions to try and speak to someone about a matter. Customer service at it’s worst !

    @InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

    @santanderuk Your online service is increasingly unreliable. Logged in to set up a new payee, but part way through got a message saying online banking is unavailable. Logged in again, repeated the above, but after four attempts hadn't received an OTP, so cancelled the payment.

    @santanderuk #complaint #seconderror complained last week about not receiving mortgage offer to sign . Was promised resend still not done . No response to Twitter email complaint either . Terrible service

    9 minutes on hold listening to how I could do this online. Yeah, like I didn’t try that 4 times already. Maybe give us an option to put in the already lodged issue your system has created @santanderuk? Or at least say where I am in the queue?

    @santanderuk OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE ! Santander has made a huge mess with my daughters ISA. THEY DIDN'T PROCESS the transfer properly. And now my daughter has lost 2 years interest. They can't put me onto a manger to over see the smooth run of the process. Disgusted.

    Ok looking for a new bank that does not use profits, wasting our money for tv ad’s like the ghastly @santanderuk Ant/Dec 🙄 or black horses @MartinSLewis please help people find a customer centric bank without this rubbish

    @santanderuk your online telephone service is absolutly unforgivable.. you have cancelled a £13,800 cheque and given me no explanation, or a customer service person to speak to, blaming covid.. really
