@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

Nothing confirms switching bank from @santanderuk was a good idea like trying to query why I have been charged for overdraft multiple times, getting disconnected while on the phone, chat message not loading because of a request to rate the help I received, finally getting...

@santanderuk 2 hours on the phone (and counting) to get a payment cancelled to a vendor that failed to deliver. Also tried using your form….but that wont accept the format of the emails I have. Why,are you making this so difficult? Time to find another provider! Terrible

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem.

Some advice: DO not invest your money with @santanderuk . They block your account when you want to withdraw your OWN money and stop the transactions!!! #criminals
