@InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

Hey @santanderuk , I have banked with you for over 25 years. If I remember right I have never defaulted on any loans mortgage or DDs …..Ever! In 2022 you you blocked access twice for absolutely no reason at all causing me issues.1/2….
