    @MartinSLewis @GMB I’m being forced to pay over £2,000 by @santanderuk to exit a mortgage that only has 3 months to run to term. I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

    @InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

    @santanderuk Waiting for 1 hour on five occasions to try and speak to someone about a matter. Customer service at it’s worst !

    @MartinSLewis I’m wondering if you could help me in a situation regarding my mortgage. Please could you follow me and I could go into more details. My lender @santanderuk isn’t being fair on how much they are expecting me to pay if I leave my mortgage for another one

    @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches

    @santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk Now Sandi has completely gone offline with "technical issues". You could not make it up. 40 minutes on hold and now this.

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
