    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

    @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

    @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

    @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @santanderuk Then after updating my details I go on the app & you’ve cut off my mobile banking access so I have to do it all again 😡

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score
