  @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

  @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

  @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

  @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made.   @santanderuk why is your app not updating. I triggered an update over 15 minutes ago and still it says ‘waiting’. How am I to break the loop as now I cannot access it?
