    @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @santanderuk I have just been into my local branch (Angel, London) to deliver mail for a fake account opened at my address but in a different name. The bloke literally said 'what do you want me to do about it?' and refused to even accept the letters with a PIN code and log in

    Wow I've just had the worst customer service experience ever with a @santanderuk complaints person, I just moved my bank to Santander and I will be moving away from them ASAP.

    @CraigDu62835353 @santanderuk I was recommended to @AllenBelay,they were able to successfully regain access back to my account. They also work on banned, hacked, disabled, locked accounts. I recommend them✅.

    @santanderuk Dear Mr Regnier, your company has just returned my husbands death certificate to him, at the wrong address. you have been utterly hopeless in dealing with this bereavement. your phone line is hopeless. I still cannot access the account.

    @santanderuk you have signed and promised to support the Armed Forces community. However, when we are posted abroad your staff say no charges will occur for withdrawals or transactions. 8 months no charges. However, new card arrives after one expired and charges re applied £100?

    @CraigDu62835353 @santanderuk Same thing happened to me few weeks back someone on here recommend @vaezil he help me recover my locked account In 30mins. His an expert.
