@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

@NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

@JohnJamesDuffy @santanderuk Hope you've managed to get through and sorted? My partner spent hours last week trying to get through to Lloyds. Banking customer service these days is absolutely useless, so much for progress! They just don't seem bothered or interested. It was much better years ago.

"indemnity claim", whatever that is. She shut down the direct debit I never set up and raised a complaint. Still no money returned. Call @santanderuk very polite lady, cut me off, then couldn't proceed because there's a password on my account and I've no idea what it is or when

@santanderuk Your online chat is a robot! What chance have we of getting any customer service. I have just given up with your robot and spending 28 minutes on the phone from Thailand. Thanks for nothing, well, you charge me every month so its less than nothing.

@santanderuk My mum can no longer use your app as her phone doesn’t support ios13. She gets a message with a link directing her to download an older version but the link doesn’t work. Do you know where I can find the older version on the App Store? #help
