    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

    Very poor customer service @santanderuk - my x had her phone & purse stolen in London 2 weeks ago New card & 2 letters due in 4 working days but took 6 but @santanderuk didn’t register her phone number so locked the account & now she having to wait at least 4 working days more!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @santanderuk ... thank you so much 4 locking me out of my business account so clients cannot pay me. Nice one. I now have to wait 5 working days for your shite to allow me to be paid for work I did months ago. You are the exact reason why it is so f***ing hard to be self employed

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
