@NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

Tell you what, @santanderuk - why not make it an option on your site to make appointments to set up child accounts in branch? Rather than funnelling people in to branch, only to be told (inevitably) that there’s nobody available to do it and to book an appointment to come back.

@PeteTaxMiller @santanderuk Tried to open a business bank account with them in December (we already have one for the tax business), and were given the complete run around. The service was so poor, I suspect they’ve no interest in opening new business accounts.

My credit card just stopped working again... no indication on the app; probably another fraud flag. (3rd time in 6 months.) Or does @santanderuk just have opinions about how many flat whites I'm drinking on a sunday?

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've been locked out of the app and online banking, phoned the helpdesk and the only resolution seems to be sending out new details in the post that could take 7days. Unable to access my money until then. Perfect way to lose customers, well done

@santanderuk your bank makes want to kill my self. And Sandi is no help and trying to speak to a person may aswell use a bloody brick and just to top it off your actual bank staff are no help either nice one kids crying

Unable to access @santanderuk services online. Over an hour on the phone and no joy. Keep being told it's my web browser (yet it's about three web browsers on four different computers tried so far). Every other website used works fine - please can you help? #customerexperience

@santanderuk are built on a load of lies - lie to the customer, lie to save face, gaslight the customer and tell them it is the customers fault, or Royal Mail's fault, or the strikers fault. 25 years i have been with you - i advise people to leave this bank

Jeepers @santanderuk has outdone BT, Virgin and others notorious for poor customer service. Useless website that refuses to provide a contact number. And when you do find it, you are just on hold. Won't be making a crucial business payment today, as have run out of time.

@santanderuk I cannot believe how long it has taken to sort out a minor problem. Been going back and forth since January 19 and still not sorted with conflicting information and repetitive information. This is causing nothing but stress. Santander sort it out it’s a joke.
