@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk 3 calls and numerous emails to sort out account for father-in-law in care home who can’t remember any of his details prove fruitless. No one will talk to my husband or give any help whatsoever. Stuck between a rock a hard place. Web site no help. Disgusting service.

Absolutely appalled and frustrated by the awful #badcustomerservice from @UKMercer pension admin team when trying sort out my late mother's @santanderuk pension. Made an error, no apology, and complaints department ignoring me.
