    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderuk appalling time scale waiting for the security team on the phone. 1hr 30 and then gets cut off!!!! My account is blocked and cannot access my funds terrible customer service

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Infuriating having online access blocked AGAIN and on hold for 41 minutes waiting for an answer...give details and then get cut off! Why wasn't I phoned back straight away.

    @santanderuk I am appalled by your mortgage process and customer services. After many phone calls, you still haven't been able to sort out my problem and it is extremely time-sensitive. Can you please urgently contact me?

    @santanderuk my problem was fixed very promptly after raising it on here - in about half an hour. Call centre staff were great and security department very helpful indeed - #creditwhereitsdue

    @santanderuk online and mobile banking completely unfit for purpose. Blocked account twice for no good reason so can’t use my account and local branch has closed. On hold to support for 1hr 30mins and not sorted.

    @santanderuk i need to close an ISA extinct account that has been empty for years but you keep insisting on sending out paperwork for.. Seems impossible to do online.

    @santanderuk @IoCoding @TechUpWomen Instead of virtue signalling get the basics right! telephoning the service is bordering on useless. wait times in excess of 50 mins the other day and still no answer! staff giving incorrect info! local branches closed! sort it out!!!!
