@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk Application for a personal loan was accepted at 3% interest being a 123 customer with the bank. When I was about to sign the agreement realized that the loan was given at 24.90% Why could you not inform me before doing my credit check rating Whom can I complain to ?

DO NOT bank with @santanderuk been waiting since 17/05/2021 for a security call back from to them declining me buying a car when I have the funds!! Also 2nd decline 19/05/2021 different payment still waiting over 24 hours!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE! TIME FOR ACC SWITCH!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Congrats. You’ve suspended my PoA access to my aged mum and mum in law accounts and because I could only provide details of just one transaction I fail security and need to ring again tomorrow WHEN I STILL WONT KNOW DETAILS OF TXNS.

No one ever use @santanderuk caused me nothing but issues and can never be resolved because they always put the phone down on you !!!!! Customer service is appalling

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Your online banking system is down AGAIN. When will it be back up? I have bills to pay & your recorded message tells me to phone tomorrow. I must pay someone TODAY or they won't come tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Have you been hacked?
