    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    Does anyone know why @santanderuk online banking has a massive problem with @ThreeUK mobile Wi-Fi. I've put up with this for 2 years with no explanation. 10 log in attempts just to get thrown out each time when trying to transfer money. And that's on a ****!ng good day.

    Woke up feeling helpless re #Ukraine situation,in my younger yrs I'd have travelled overland to Poland to help in someway So thru my bank @santanderuk gave donation which they match Been told better than donating clothes,so donated those to local charity shop

    @santanderuk Why does your website state your fraud number is open 24/7 but then when I call it tells me the call centre is shut? Since when do fraudsters only work 9-5?

    When you can't sleep at 3am because @santanderuk are preventing your mum from getting the urgent care she needs because they're so slow in doing paperwork despite being told why its urgent. Don't bank with them is my advice.

    @santanderuk Was on hold just now for twenty minutes, heard the dial tone for a few times, then the connection was broken at your end. Don't want to wait again for the same thing to happen. Suggestions, please?

    @santanderuk worst credit card service. Over one hour on phone again, gave up again. Unable to use card due to this. Chat service couldn’t help other than referring back to the same phone line. Used Nationwide credit card instead
