    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.

    @santanderuk I have been in deep emotional distress, I'm hungry, I'm embarrassed, I'm angry and most of all I am just shocked, how can the only money I have be taken from me for so long leaving me with nothing with no explanation given and literally no help provided. I just want the world

    @santanderukhelp I signed for the fixed 5 yrs. but now, no one wants to speak to me. It's @santanderuk fault. I have lodged a #complaint. I havnt received a call from your complaints team. I desperately need support from you!

    @santanderuk hi despite calling twice including lodging a formal complaint, I’m still unable to access my accounts after being frozen by yourselves. I was told it could take up to two days, it’s been 3 and still no sign of this being resolved.
