@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk Set up a joint account but only he gets emails about the switch. I set it up so why is he getting the main emails? We've both got login emails and post so why not the switch too? Not the first time this has happened when the man gets the details and not the woman!

@TfL @santanderuk have spent 40 mins today on two occasions searching for docking stations (7 on total). Very poor logistics and really poor customer experience.

Sick and tired of banks being basically inaccessible to elderly people like my Mum and Dad. Mum had to put the phone down on a representative of @santanderuk who couldn’t help her get a new PIN number. @TheFCA this is discriminatory & not good enough.
