@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

Wow, @santanderuk online registration for banking is a complete train wreck: weak password rules, looping web pages, broken data fields, and a nonfunctional chat engine. I think I'll just register for a different bank.
