    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk just emailed me abt switching off Retailer Offers. Email says the replacement "Boosts" will be "new & improved". This is impossible. If it's new, it didn't previously exist and thus can't be improved. If it's improved, it existed previously & therefore can't be new.

    @santanderuk I am expecting a phone call from your fraud team but want to know when they stop working. Can’t hang around waiting for your phone call all day! Also, can anyone recommend a bank with good customer service?

    @santanderuk Congratulations, I've given up after holding for an hour to try and talk to you Understaffing your call centres is working very well to discourage us. Yes I know I can do lots on the website and app. I'd just like opportunity to talk with someone. I know, how quaint

    Patience wearing thin with @santanderuk @TfL bike hire scheme. The tech was always terrible but now an effective multiple-fold price increase (£2 per day to £1.65 per hire) a massive disincentive for cycling (?!) and with hire stations that don’t recognise credit/debit cards

    @NatWest_Help your apps a joke, I try to access it on my samsung S10e and all I get is a purple screen. Don't say have you tried reinstalling it because I've done that about 10 times as well as clear cache and cookies. @santanderuk looking kinda peng rn might switch

    Wow so I have had a massive amount of fraudulent activity on my account and @santanderuk customer service has been utterly shocking! No answers, refusal to pay back, terrible advice which has meant further fraud!

    Though I think the problem is with @santanderuk. My debit card plays up frequently with online purchases. Not happy. I see there is a PayPal option but I have to wait to get home to try that.
