Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

Amit Kale (@avkale) reported@santanderuk what do I need to do to get through customer service.. 3 days of 30+ mins of hold time (leading to frustration and disconnect) and then giving up. Debit card locked, can't withdraw money/use the card for purchases. Disappointing service. Sigh!!!

Why the large difference? Still not the cheapest though. Lloyd's bank is £265. Can my own bank Santander match this?
