    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    Absolute worst customer service from @Barclays today. Wow. I literally went to @santanderuk and they had everything sorted in a minute. Such a terrible visit. I actually can’t believe it meanwhile Santander were beyond helpful. Choose your bank wisely

    @santanderuk Your statement export is atrocious. Your CSV data doesn't have the discription. Your text output uses iso-8859-1 with nbsp chars, it should use utf-8 without display characters. Your other formats are broken. These are not hard fixes.

    @santanderuk Is this going to be every bank holiday now? My balance actually went up last Saturday only to be taken away on Sunday leaving me in arrears. Go back to Visa, these MasterCard's are terrible
