    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    As ever utterly sh*tty service from Santander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 730pm and stuck on hold 30 mins already (with 1 nasty music box tune and no queue indicators) when you block my entire online banking access for a simple £100 online transaction even after OTP verify

    @caitlinmoran Stay away from @santanderuk . Gone massively downhill with customer service so I too wil be moving business and current account to starling.

    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @santanderuk I am nearly 25 minutes in hold in a phone customer service call and the service is appalling. I guess executives save money on staff and spend it on other things like lines of......disgusting service.

    Anyone working in the security team at @Santanderuk? You’ve blocked my account and asked me to call. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. After the 1st 70 mins an auto line picked up and hung up on me and I had to call back.
