Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

Finally get it working. Can't change date in app or online. Never known anything so difficult. #backwards

Then sit on a call for 1 hour and 5 mins speak to 2 different people to tell me the manager will call me back Useless
