@InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

@santanderuk Tried on 3 occasions to pay cash in through the cashpoint in Wigston Leics. Each time that facility hasn't been working. I can't get to a branch in normal opening hours.Doesn't help that you closed the Oadby branch either. Maybe time to look at closing my account

@santanderuk Dont you want new Students to open bank accounts? Child been asked for proof of course which sadly doesnt have her FULL NAME & ADDRESS. Then the upload portal doesnt work & the phone line asks for bank account number she doesn't yet have. Can the Branch help?

@santanderuk we have been very let done by Santander while on holiday in Italy. Blocked the wrong credit card on our account- now we need to continue our holiday without use of our card facility. Support team unable to rectify their error. Totally unacceptable service.

@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.
