@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk great policy you have that “security locked accounts” can only be unlocked by the account holder attending branch with ID. how does that work when the a/c is in a care home with dementia,the family have power of attorney but can’t access the a/c to pay for the home?

Ludicrous customer service from @santanderuk Try to actually pay them money and branch refuse to help saying need to call hotline. Now been an hour trying to call so that I can simply make a payment to the right account so it doesn’t rupture my mortgage.

@santanderuk I’ve been calling multiple times everyday this week to be put through to a mortgage advisor in order to fix my mortgage rate each time I get cut off after holding for over 2hrs!!!!!

Found a phone & bankcard today, now thankfully reunited with its owner. Disgraceful customer service from @santanderuk who were totally unhelpful & could only advise me to drive 30+ miles to a branch to hand it in...after getting advice from a manager! Glad I dont bank with them

@MartinSLewis can you help us? No one seems to be able to get through to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk and this is causing huge issues for us. We are waiting hours on end for calls to be answered and often calls are dropped. Even the complaints line isn’t being manned!
