Richard Small (@TrickySmall) reported@santanderuk Is this issue still ongoing? Parents both in their 80s had their online shop cancelled at last minute due to issues with card. They’ve spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know what the problem is. Really unacceptable as they don’t know if future grocery shops will work.
