@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk are your call centre’s working from home , ive rang afew times now and 1 they dont listen to why ive rang and 2 i was on for over 15 mins on hold . Seems to me people need to get back into offices or have cameras on to see people are actually working

I doubt I will see any back because when I left this morning the owner said it would be too difficult for him to send it back and it had caused him a lot of problems. He still hasn’t got notification of the ZAR10k…+/-£500 Thanks @santanderuk for being so utterly useless
