@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk Why the hell is your online banking site not working. Tried to pay the CC this morning...tried tonight and still it shows an error! If you don't want paying fine but I tried, several times.

If anyone has a current account with @santanderuk seriously consider closing it. All funds stolen yesterday no contact, no OTPs. Response from @santanderuk we’ll look into it and you might hear from us in 15 working days! Unbelievably poor response

@santanderuk blocks account. Call to unblock as stuck abroad. Get told come in to branch. Tell them I can't and need money to pay for the ticket and the quarantine as in a red list country. Still get told come into branch. Literally moving banks after this disgusting service.
