Joey Maley (@joeymaley) reported from Wokingham, England@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Iain White (@WhiteIain) reported from Bracknell, England@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . KrisMearns (@MearnsKris) reported@SickSide3 @santanderuk Now he’s 16, he’ll likely need photo ID more and more. He’s of working age, so good time to sort out photo ID for him. Bus pass? Rail card? Passport? He has none of these?

Pasteur Eyes #UTA 🟥 (@broncoskolar) reported@santanderuk you moved my branch without telling me at Canary Wharf and the new one has no counter or anyway to pay coins in. Very poor service.
-
Tara H (@tarahils) reported@santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤

Bryn. (@bryndm_) reported.@santanderuk your automated chat function is really, really terrible and it's impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. God help any pensioner trying to bank with you.

bex (@viewsofa42yo) reported@santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out

Stuart Barker (@stubarkermfc) reported@santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation
-
Sandi (@Limaratoo) reported@santanderuk any chance of someone helping me with a query as your chat is returning this message: ‘Oops, I’m experiencing some issues. We are trying to resolve it, please try again later’
