  @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

  @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

  @santanderuk Can anyone recommend a bank that this doesn't happen to? I'm left hanging trying to verify a payment. My customers won't be happy if I can't get their parcels out to them in the morning. It's almost midnight and I'm still working because your app has crashed!!

  @GraemeC60278265 @santanderuk Yeah, I know - Santander status page is saying everything not working EXCEPT card payments and cash machines, which is clearly not the case (at least with card payments)

  @santanderuk Not being funny but this is absolutely disgusting. Just over 2 hours now I have not been able to log in to my account and when I check balance via phone my money still has not gone in
