You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Gray Schofield (@gray_schofield) reported@MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please
