Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk terrible service. Take out a credit card and they don’t offer you what they said you would AND you get charged for the privilege ?! Do not take out a Santander card! Tried to submit a complaint but apparently they don’t want to know !!

I might also add that I had to spend another half hour or so making sure this is a genuine number. @santanderuk don't list their valid numbers anywhere on their site and don't let anyone calling try to establish two way trust.

I still haven’t heard back from the arseholes that are @santanderuk @santanderukhelp regarding my complaint. Im prepared to take it all the way to the ombudsman you useless shower of ****. Because you deserve it.

@santanderuk my elderly mother goes to your branch asking for help. She got fobbed off by your staff. Mum was worried about a transaction on her account, she was told to contact the shop. She wanted to open a savings a/c, and told to come back in 2 weeks. Really unhelpful staff.

@santanderuk Hello, I have an eSaver issue 1, do I need to maintain a Santander current account open in order to keep the eSaver, or can I close the current account and still have the eSaver open?

@santanderuk what is happening with the opening of my limited eSaver account? Applied 15th October was told I’d hear from you in 3 working days. Heard nothing from you. I see you’ve now lowered the % interest rate so will I still get the original rate?
