Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk . Not happy today to receive a letter from you telling me that the cheque I paid in was returned incomplete. Not only do you not have the ability to pay in a cheque but the cashier then didn't even scan the reverse! Rubbish service. You need to be better.

I’m planning to switch banks because of the appalling service from @santanderuk - taking up to A WEEK to investigate £1500 stolen from my account. Please share your recommendations for a bank that takes fraud seriously and acts fast.

@santanderuk #Santander - half hour on hold to talk to a person and now another 40mins on hold transferred to queue for security to unlock online banking. Think I'll be looking for a new bank with better customer services!

Just got off the phone to @santanderuk, worst customer experience I've ever had. They have lost my money, yes lost it: 'we need to locate it Mr Huggins', where have you put it? Under the bed? No suprise @StarlingBank and @monzo disrupted the market with excellent service and won.

As ever utterly sh*tty service from Santander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 730pm and stuck on hold 30 mins already (with 1 nasty music box tune and no queue indicators) when you block my entire online banking access for a simple £100 online transaction even after OTP verify

Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch
