  Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

  It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  Been waiting 11 days for a replacement card from @santanderuk , told it must be a problem with @RoyalMail RM advised it could be another 7 days as that's normal for 2nd class, so just the 18 days, no big deal. Remember when stuff worked in the UK, more or less? #shitshow

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Or… when they freeze your a/c owing to some’activity’ and force you to go into a branch with ID! Try that when you’re on holiday in Scotland or anywhere really since they have shut so many branches. If you don’t drive, have mobility issues etc you’re stuffed!! Terrible bank.
