Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

But that God for @santanderuk who helped me immediately. It took 10 minutes of my day to open the case and report the issue, and less than 24 hours to get my money back. Money I didn't have to spend in the first place. (4/5)

@santanderuk are we in STIP again? Payed the water bill and website said payment failed but the money has come off my balance inc pending but doesn't have it in the list of pending transactions

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk I'm so upset and evening completely destroyed! I tried to make an online payment from my account. Santander blocked it - on the line for 2 hours and put on queue to unblock and no answer at all. So many things now disrupted and I'm so stressed. Dreadful service.

Currently at in my local @santanderuk branch getting a block removed from my account that I've been told was placed because my voice didn't match my name when I called up about something. This is massively transphobic and I will be making a formal complaint.
