Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk Happens to the best of them - 1st June 2022 Customers of ten banks including Natwest, Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and Monzo experienced problems this morning when they were locked out of their accounts. Thousands of customers were reporting issues at multiple banks

@santanderuk I’ve said it once before, and I’ll say it again — Santander has so much downtime that it just cannot be trusted. I’ve been recommending @monzo for the last three years, as I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Switch your banks people!

@Unicornresinart @santanderuk I am preferred customer as I have a lot of cash they have emailed me and said it will back working before 11 any charges will be settled by them and they will give £250 as an apology
