Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Adam Hall (@adamhall1989) reported@santanderuk Morning, I've been having issues going through the Loan forms. Once I get to the OTP part I input what gets sent to me and then the page just stops and has some sort of error, I then go back and enter the code again and it says it's wrong.

They should have done the right thing straightaway for you and for all customers who face this issue. It makes me angry and nervous as another customer.
