    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    Can’t quite believe I am taking to twitter to get someone @santanderuk to talk to me about a major banking error (theirs) that needs urgent attention. Only been a customer for 40 years. Hours on hold, cut offs, no calls back, for 5 days - just call me @jaydunne81 @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    @santanderuk Found a card in the street. Tried to let Santander know to inform customer... Impossible to get through the automated system... And they scan your phone number for your personal acc.. Not even related. Banking made difficult.

    @santanderuk OMG the loan digital journal is awful - 1st stage is perfect & so easy to complete but the releasing of the funds goes back to snail mail post & technical glitches its a nightmare. 12 days later and still trying to resolve it - terrible journey

    @santanderuk you're blocking payments to @zapier again. I raised this last time & was told this was an issue with 3d authentication as a result of new regulation. Can I suggest you speak to each other to resolve this issue that will be affecting thousands of UK businesses?

    @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service. Very long phone wait times and even then they either can't help or closed. Never had this problem with HSBC or Barcleys. Can't do online. No branches to visit. Can't wait to finally get through and close my account
