@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😡

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told
