  I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk

  @santanderuk hi all. Quick question, how do you expect working people, that work a 9/5 to find time to get to their local bank branches when they are open 9.30/3.00 everyday? Absolute joke that branches keep closing and hours reducing to save you costs at the cost of the public

  @musicmanleeds Another friend has recommended Chase. Only problem is that it's not online, it's mobile app banking only? But, yes, I told @santanderukhelp @santanderuk that I'd be walking as I am MEGA fed up - & I've been a customer since the days of Abbey National!!!!!
