  @santanderuk are useless. Trying to open a student account with them and have been for months now. Every time I apply my credit score goes down so I’m about to give up. Every form of documentation I have available to me is “unacceptable”.

  DO NOT USE @santanderuk they have the worst customer service especially with disputes, you wait an hour on the phone to get through and then have to wait another hour as they have to put you through to someone else as there is NO separate disputes number!!

  @santanderuk 1.your complaint process is a joke. I’ve been a customer for 34 years. I recently had money taken out of my account by a hotel I stayed in over a year ago and who must have retained my details. I phoned when it was pending and notified you that it was unauthorised.

  @santanderuk Shameless customer service and now illegally asking customers to send crypto currency’s statements. Who do you think you are? You have no right to ask customers about there investments and savings. Leaving this bank ASAP. This is why crypto thrives because banks like this exist.
