  @santanderuk my partner has asked that I reach out as she doesn’t have X She reported her card having suspicious activity & blocked! Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
