    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk You've been emailing & writing about a minor issue that I believe you have caused on one of my accounts. Because you no longer seem to allow your customers to respond to your emails I have no way to do so. I will not call you for security reasons. So we're stuck!

    @santanderuk Is your website still kaput? Trying to apply for a loan and after inputting all the info required I always get '[Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null'. VERY annoying.

    @santanderuk worst bank ever. Trying to resolve an issue for over 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone. Disgraceful

    @santanderuk I just spent the last half an hour on the phone - 1st time I called it got cut off after waiting. Then 2nd time waited - customer service picked up and the phone cut off!
