    @santanderuk is there a problem with on line banking. Logging on and keep loosing connection. Not happening with other websites

    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

    Under FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK
