    @santanderuk is there a problem with on line banking. Logging on and keep loosing connection. Not happening with other websites

    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk phoned your current account customer services and my partner assumed to be female when I use the term ‘partner’. It’s just frustrating having to explain that it’s actually a male when I call. You’re not the only bank, but it’s nearly 2022... sort it out!

    @santanderuk So today is not a working day for your Ramsgate branch. That's great for them. Went out of my way on the way to work and tried to pay in a cheque and the machine wouldn't accept it. Thanks

    It's laughable @TheFCA are throttling access to #DeFi when their inability to control the banks led to ruin and bailouts - taxpayers paid. The fiery hoops I'm having to jump through to buy ETH @santanderuk blaming Govt, "approved" platform wants selfie like I'm a kidnap victim!

    @santanderuk How about your Finchley Central branch update their website to show its customers the correct opening times. My mother is now standing in the street waiting and when she asked a member of staff about this she was called rude. Disgraceful service frankly.

    @santanderuk @BBCNews HELP! I have been constantly receiving letters for the previous owner, last 11 years, and I would return to sender. I eventually opened one and it was a demand. What do I need to do so you stop sending them to my address? I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON!

    @santanderuk due to fraudulent activity my account has been frozen for nearly six weeks, I can't reach anyone on the phone and the local branch say they can't help either. I really need my account opening, what should I do?
