@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

@Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages
