@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk on hold to you for ages and then when you finally answer you breach GDPR on another customer! Then when you realised you got the wrong customer you just hung up on me!! Wow. Would appreciate a call back please. Thank you.

Again terrible service from @santanderuk @santanderuk . Blocked a high value transaction and been waiting on the phone in a queue for 45 min to get it unblocked… all whilst holding a screaming baby. Thanks for being useless Santander and reminding me why I should close my acc

@santanderuk Today I made a formal complaint about the advice I was given regarding my mortgage and whilst the lade I spoke top was sympathetic and helpful I cant help feeling she didn't get all the details of the complaint

@santanderuk I am a personal current account holder. I want to switch a business sports club account to u, website indicates i can do this & easily. Do I need to go in branch or can it be done online? With branch closures my new “local” branch isn’t very local for me to get too.
