  @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

  @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
