    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    Take your money out of @santanderuk asap and move to another bank. They block your account for holding too much money and give you no reason for it. Even after passing security numerous times they still blocked all transactions. Scammers.

    @santanderuk your customer service is dreadful, 3 hours waiting yesterday and been an hour so far this morning, are you going to start reimbursing for my time spend on hold?

    @santanderukhelp To add insult to injury, the reissued mortgage is £43 a month more than it was! I absolutely can not wait to get away from @santanderuk and I've technically only been a customer since Wednesday! Absolute SCUM!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Tried every day this week to speak to a mortgage adviser over the phone. Put on hold forever and not yet able to speak to anyone. No call back facility and online comms service poor. Help/advice?

    Send Help ...... I've been sat on the phone for 20 mins in a queue to @santanderuk and they keep telling me they are very sorry for keeping me waiting. 👿 Its ok we don't have jobs to do 😟😟😟

    @santanderuk its not normal bank checks when iv passed security 4 times and after every attempt to transfer it blocks again and then wait over an hour everytime to try and unblock my account. And now i cant even transfer anything out and your own team cant seem to fix the issue!
