welshbird1971 (@welshbird1971) reported from Horsham, England@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

Joey Maley (@joeymaley) reported from Wokingham, England@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Diane Hellyer (@Postgate) reported from Horsham, EnglandDear @santanderuk, Closing at 12.30 on Friday is not customer service! Not opening until 10 am on Monday isn't enough. I was outside your door, just now, ready to pay a BIG bill. No, l don't bank online, l like to talk to people. But you don't want to chat! #notcustomerservice

Barbara Mitchell (@Oo_2_Oo_2_b) reported@santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

Alphabet Soup (@Alph4betSoup) reported@sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds

Oasis (@Oasisrvti) reported@santanderuk the “please call us so can help you” is a scam btw, next time be honest “please call us so we can do absolutely nothing expect give you inconsistent information & take time off your life”

N.Elle (@NettaSarder) reported@santanderuk so disappointed that during a period of crisis the only support you can give a loyal customer of 10+ years is to put them in to debt. Please do better.
