@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

@santanderuk is the banking app down it is not refreshing nor sending any money out it states complete but nothing is sent nor received and balance is stilk the same

@santanderuk How do I set up online banking / OTP for purchase confirmation when there is no mobile network access at the household? I have to run down the garden and wait 5 mins for any texts to stand a chance, and even then not reliable.

@Rule_ette_Out @santanderuk Introduced a time delay so gambling transactions will still be blocked for 48 hours after the request to remove the block. The feature before was pointless!

@santanderuk my son has lost his card and we are unable to access his online account, I tried calling but you won't handle out of hours, please explain what we should do to block his card? I find this shocking that we have no means to do thuis with you

@santanderuk - when we’re struggling with an account issue and ask your agent how they can they help and they answer “I won’t” - what sort of service is that??? Utterly disgraceful.

Trying to get hold of anyone @santanderuk is impossible. Card blocked due to suspected fraudulent transactions on my account and nobody picks up the phone. Went to the branch to be told they couldn’t help and I had to call the helpline. Absolutely useless! 😡
