@santanderukhelp tried to pay by card but it’s not worked and can’t even use the mobile banking app, and all we get is “sorry for any inconvenience caused” This is now the second time that I’ve had a problem @santanderuk #santander

@KuyaMaxy @santanderuk That's understandable but when you can't access your own money it's beyond a joke... Tried ringing to transfer money to a different account and can't do that either! My card won't even work to buy things!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk no access to my bank account!! What is going on? You need to give customers an inconvenience fee because you’re quick to charge if someone is overdrawn. Tried to pay a tab last night & my card was card rejected! Had to switch to my other bank!!
