    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    Am currently on the phone to @santanderuk and am already waiting more than 30 minutes to speak to an adviser. Does anyone use a bank or financial services company that provides a decent customer friendly service??? Asking for a friend!

    @santanderuk hello. I opened a savings account, I got the number and sort code but I cannot access it online. You sent an email asking for some documents, which I sent already, I never heard back. I'm a bit concerned about putting money in when I can't access it. Can you help?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 3 weeks+ since all documentation was sent to open an account and still nothing. 1hour+ on the phone for someone to say, you are having problems with the accounts and to just wait. I had thought of moving my account with you, now I'm not sure sure.

    @Tamchlo @santanderuk I’ve Had this same Experience and all I got from the support was an automatic response it was lizzyroselinda_Hack_004 on Instagram Who helped me Resolved it….

    Praise where it's due... fabulous chap called Barry in the Complaints Department @santanderuk sorted out my ranting exasperation with 100% exemplary customer service. Make him head of the Bank of England to take care of the **** show of shoddy service & disappearing branches!

    @santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

    @PayPalUK Speed up your credit card processing. Takes days to pay down any usage of your paypal credit facilities. How is it instant on one but up to a week on the other? I pay @santanderuk it clears immediatly
