@santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

@santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

@santanderuk service is Soooo appalling in an emergency and it’s taken 3 hours to speak to someone. When I did speak to someone they transferred me to someone else and then hung up. Lucky it’s not an urgent matter 🙄 Seriously need to look at your UX process. Utter joke

Well thanks @santanderukhelp @santanderuk another 40 minutes holding. When I got to number one in the queue no answer for 15 minutes. No other way to contact you. Very frustrated and upset as need help immediately. In USA so can’t get to a branch 😡

@cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.
