    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

    @MorganBroadcast I’m so sorry what a terrible thing to happen to you. don’t give up try every avenue. Have you thought about your local paper or even the bigger newspapers. This is absolutely disgusting of @santanderuk I wish you all the luck in the world in getting your money back

    @MorganBroadcast Walking in and walking straight out again no doubt! What a job trying to portray a positive side of @santanderuk business and customer security. If some good is to come off from your awful experience let's hope it's a major shakeup of their systems. And your money refunded.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I left #Santander years ago after the most incompetent, mind-numbingly bad service. They are the worst bank I've ever dealt with, if they were the only bank left I'd go back to keeping cash in the house!

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I wonder if he's part of the problem He's in a position to know/fix a lot & know your balance was worth going after A friend in El Salvador found the bank teller where her elderly mom banked Worked with 2 people Kidnapped the mom, took her to THAT teller to withdraw everything

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk The problem with chip and pin is that it means you have to put your pin in lots more places. You have no way to verify machines are real, not fitted with skimmers, or with CCTV positioned carefully to read what you type. It's very easy to leak your PIN.

    @agegarton @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Cause enough noise at the highest level and it will trickle down giving somebody (at the original customer service level) the authority to do what they should have done right from the start.
