Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Paul Lewis (@paullewismoney) reported@kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

audreygallagher (@audreygallagher) reported@santanderuk @TSB Met another elderly men with his son outside who drove over 20miles to get a statement they needed.. I recommended they phone they said they had tried but no one could understand them.. This is awful for the most vulnerable
