    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

    Been waiting for somebody to answer my call from @santanderuk for well over one hour now. When somebody did finally pick up, the call was disconnected (not by me). Very frustrating - is anybody working today there? No branches open locally either any longer.

    @santanderuk ehsy s shambles you are, we are a charity who raise funds to support affordable care in our community. We use our reserves and donations plus income from the Nursing home to look after the elderly who cannot afford to pay the full cost. No Trustee gets paid. See on

    @santanderuk is quite possibly the hardest app to log into! Customer number... pin number, pass number.... we text you a number...locked my self out in the end. I'm all for security but it should take an hour just to log in #annoyedcustomer

    @santanderuk Strange, just tried to log into my Mobile Banking APP, prompted to ring Help Desk, help desk refer me to website. Why did I have to reset up my online banking? with a new ID and password etc, What have you done with my old one? looking forward to your reply

    @santanderuk the most appalling user experience I have ever encountered with your registration process. Impossible to register and password creation process so complicated with no clear feedback mechanism.

    @santanderuk What’s going on with the mobile banking app? Every time I try to authorise payment for an online purchase it’s telling me the session has timed out so I can’t authorise it. Is the app down for maintenance?

    @santanderuk You are getting rid of passbooks for savings accounts. How am I meant to put in my tax refunds or any checks if I don't have a passport or driving licence that you are telling me I will need now to do that. That means I am going to loose access to my own money.
