Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk Is your website still kaput? Trying to apply for a loan and after inputting all the info required I always get '[Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null'. VERY annoying.

@santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else

@santanderuk looks to be having serious problems. Designing access to funds from official government sources and accusing receiving customers of Fraud. Not good. And IT failures on top. More like serious money flow problems. Glad I am not with Santandar
