Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

Edward Mayes (@eljmayes) reported@MorganBroadcast I had terrible issues with the Lincoln branch of @santanderuk a few years ago when a manager went into my account and changed my direct debits without my knowledge. Never did get an apology from said manager. I hope you get things sorted quickly.

J (@jeffefc1878) reported@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK I doubt this will help but As an ex-Santander employee… they’ve reset your online banking because they have access to your phone so they’ve gone “forgot log on details” entered in your card number and changing the 5 digit security number as OTP is sent to the phone 1/2

They should have done the right thing straightaway for you and for all customers who face this issue. It makes me angry and nervous as another customer.
