Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

Luckily I have @AmericanExpress as back up & now use as a primary card & Santander as back up. Far too many technical issues with Santander and I’ll be changing business accounts.
