Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer

Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
