@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

I was on hold for another hour after that only to be told again that it is being dealt with in a back office. I have not been able to access a penny since Weds. 4 phone calls & all I can do now is send a complaint in the post. 😡

I see nationwide bank is playing up again and is down yet. Absolutely useless bank. Good thing my salary goes into my @santanderuk bank account. I'm gonna leave these Guys because this is beyond a joke now @AskNationwide sort your sh!t out #NationwideDown

@santanderuk has the WORST online banking help (never works) and is completely unreachable by phone. Waiting on a call for approximately the 100th time for well over 2 hours for another rude, unhelpful customer support person to spend 30 seconds with me.

Dealing with @santanderukbiz / @santanderuk and losing the will - utterly useless...have been on hold for literally hours without resolution. Anyone else infuriated by their service, or am I just unlucky....tried to book a face-to-face appointment and earliest was September!
