    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    I just waiter 1 hour 13 mins to get through to your mortgage team and as soon as the call went through up they hung up. This is unacceptable ..... Poor customer service @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I have given my evidence to be photocopied several times as well as emailing it and yet it’s not on the system every time I phone to check the progress of this happening. You have let me down as a customer with 4 promises to get this done being left unfulfilled

    @santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pay out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk can you confirm is 0808 280 2007 is legitimate number from your organisation? I've seen numerous things this afternoon claiming this is a scam call pretending from the Fraud department, yet is a different number from what's listed on your website.

    @santanderuk trying to talk to someone about my business account as waited over a month for a response. I have hung on phone today for 20 minutes and got cut off while it was still waiting to be picked up. Your chat appears not to be working. Hard work being your customer!

    @NoHopeOfDebate @PostOffice @santanderuk We've had so many issues with our customers depositing chqs into them, santander seem to be clueless about correct procedure, but chqs seem to miraculously turn up once customer has enquired inspite of santander claiming theres no record

    Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

    @santanderuk My husband has been on the phone trying to get through to the fraud line since 1pm this afternoon. Your service is a joke. When this has been resolved I will withdrawing all our money. And banking elsewhere. 😡😡
