Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

This is no thanks to @santanderuk who don't want to speak to customers & cut customers off. App actually relayed message payment couldn't go through to try again. Definitely at @santanderuk issue. The App is awful
