@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE ! Santander has made a huge mess with my daughters ISA. THEY DIDN'T PROCESS the transfer properly. And now my daughter has lost 2 years interest. They can't put me onto a manger to over see the smooth run of the process. Disgusted.

@santanderukhelp Well it's now over 2 weeks since my card was blocked causing inconvenience and embarrassment & still no contact from @santanderuk nor no paperwork to sign (new card received). Appalling service. Please escalate, again.

Appalling customer service from @santanderuk! In the US on business and my card gets blocked. Make me wait for 30 minutes on hold then cut me off! I’ll be moving all my business away from you
