@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@santanderuk my card was saying error during the chip and pin in the shop. It was working fine yeaterday and my other card worked in the shop.

Well done @BarclaysLDN close local branches so I can only get to a branch on Saturday, pay for parking, queue outside only to be told no counter service on Saturday and machines don’t take coins. No help when I’m paying in coins and can’t get there midweek. @santanderuk no issue.

@santanderuk How am I supposed to contact you, your help pages tell me to go on the online banking app, the online app tells me to call and when I call the bot tells me to go to the help pages? Terrible experience and I'm pretty fed up of it to be honest.
