David A (@tofolo_1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

AP (@andyparsons3) reported@santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service
-
Clippz (@Clippz) reported@santanderuk Why doesn't your chat feature work on your website. It has been broken for ages!
-
Sick Side (@SickSide3) reported@santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!
-
. (@Midnight_x83) reported@santanderuk The issue is that after four hours a customer service rep has yet to join the online chat.

Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.
