  @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

  @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

  My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

  @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

  @santanderuk trying to report a card issue with you. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, now another 15 on your online system. Why don't you employ more people now you've shut all the branches down? #useless

  @santanderuk hi, please can we have some way of getting support for my daughter who is trying to set up a student account. We can’t phone as she doesn’t currently have an account.

  Terrible terrible service again today @santanderuk @santanderukhelp , lots of ‘I dont’ know, I can’t help you, its in a queue, blah blah blah, the worst service I’ve ever had from a bank in all my life. Consumer Duty clearly of no interest to you. Time to escalate now

  @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
