Tina Mansley (@Azkademon) reported@santanderuk can't use our debit cards online or in stores (food shopping). Transactions declined. Problem been going on since 20/10/2021 trying to put electric on my smart meter online with British Gas it just keeps getting declined!!

Luckily I have @AmericanExpress as back up & now use as a primary card & Santander as back up. Far too many technical issues with Santander and I’ll be changing business accounts.
