Chezzy Rezzy (@ChezzyRezzy) reported@santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

Garry Peat (@RidgewayRam) reported@santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.
