@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@MorganBroadcast So awful that no one is helping you! @santanderuk as a customer this makes me very concerned about whether I can rely on you to keep my money safe - should I close my 123 account or are you going to help?

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, forget the ombudsman, go straight to the papers, recommend #GBNews. And take with you the other people here who have had similar problems with these cynical brands, #VirginActiveUK & #SantanderUK. Fight back!! @julesserkin

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this. It is outrageous to hear that @santanderuk does not do anything to help you and treats you that way.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.

@DebayDeLux @santanderuk I banked with them years ago until something similar happened to me. Account emptied by fraudsters, I was left with absolutely no money for a whole week, had to ask family for food money. They also charged me when bills that were due bounced, so I ended up owing them £300. Awful!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can still do charge back claims on DC purchases for services not rendered or products not received. It's meant to be easier to do on CC but it's not impossible on a DC the process is just meant to take longer...you may need proof i.e. crime ref no etc from police may help
