    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    1 hour 16 now phone not answering, this is my 2nd attempt, apparently Santander says I should use my mobile to call first attempt my batteries failed me after 1 hour 2 minutes. Sandanter you dont care about customer service #santanderuk

    @santanderuk Can you please, for the love of all that is good, get rid of that Trusteer popup on your website? Or at least add a "don't show this again" button? It interrupts my sign-in every time it appears.

    @santanderuk I applied to the 2.75% esaver account last week and sent all the documents requested, but heard nothing since. What's the issue? Why no communication?

    Never use @santanderuk @santanderukhelp!! I'm trying to make a simple balance transfer. Which has been rejected by fraud department 3 times, then cleared by fraud department 3 times and the transfer attempted 4 times!! No on in the bank can help me or propose a solution.

    @santanderuk Holding on the phone for an hour this afternoon trying to talk to someone about my Isa with no luck. Also tried your webchat , waited 20 mins for someone to respond on there with no luck either. Is this your normal service level or what’s happening ???
