Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡

But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!
