It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk someone is sending fake texts in your name about added payees to my account the funny thing I don't bank with you. So I have sent the text and number to Vodafone fraud team to trace and block the number.

@santanderuk can't get cash out any ATMs, it says contact card issuer and your only branch in the city of Edinburgh closes at 3pm, absolute joke and disgraceful customer service unless unlike typing skint with bots 😡🖕

I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

@santanderuk on hold again for 40 mins to be told a different version of the same thing and that the dept that I need to help me ie closed till 9. Almost a month now with no access to my accounts online..never had this much hassle for something so simple

Why does it cost so much in time and money to get really poor customer service in this country? I spent over one hour on phone and still my problem is not resolved and I have to write yet another letter. @santanderuk

@santanderuk why do you call someone leave them on hold for 40 mins and then cut them off. Then ask to be called yourself and then fail to answer the phone kept on hold! Apparently it’s the fraud line as well - been over an hour now - shocking service!
