  Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

  It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around
