    It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    I assume all UK banks offer as poor customer service as @santanderuk @santanderukbiz so there's no point on shopping around? Competition means a race to the bottom.

    @santanderuk My mum can no longer use your app as her phone doesn’t support ios13. She gets a message with a link directing her to download an older version but the link doesn’t work. Do you know where I can find the older version on the App Store? #help

    @santanderuk Perhaps if kids actually saw money? Y’know if parent weren’t working all hours AND having to go to food banks … that sort of thing? “Money habits develop by the age of 7” in which particular parallel but firmly middle-class universe?
