  Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

  It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Why is your website such crap? I log in with my security number, do a transaction enter sec no to get OTP ... error (repeat) try to contact Help Chat XML code fail. Do transaction on mobile app ... no OTP needed? SORT IT OUT

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp trying again and again to do a balance transfer online, but the OTP SMS either never arrives, or takes so long that your site times out. The logon OTP works fine, so it doesn't seem to be my phone or network. Hay-ulp?
