  Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

  If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

  @santanderuk sort your **** OTP bollocks out, wasted my time trying to put the right code in multiple times only to be told it isn't the right code when I have 5 ppl stood with me telling me I've entered the exact same code. You aren't the only bank I can take my money elsewhere
