Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.

Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.
