    It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    @AskVirginMoney shocking service this morning. Impossible to speak to anyone about registering Power of Attorney. Web site search doesn’t even recognise term. Sharp contrast to @santanderuk who were accessible, helpful and made the process simple.

    @santanderuk my daughter has just started uni, is in a strange city, and still does not have access to online banking as she has not received part 2 of the letters. She has had them resent to her over a week ago. What can she do to get this resolved?

    @santanderuk Credit card section get you fingers out your arses and answer the ****ing phones, you as useless as a fart in a space suit, if not worse. Mike Regnier  get off your arse and sort you customer service out... its **** to say the least. Everyone move to another bank!!

    @santanderuk trying to make a chargeback claim via online banking but it tells me to make sure my details are up to date. I have confirmed this but still having issues (note that the mobile number is showing as "-" on the dispute page). What can I do?

    Really fed worth @santanderuk @santanderukhelp had a cheque sent from Canade to pay in, branch very unhelpful, website hopeless, had to post it ourselves as branch couldn’t/wouldn’t help, although delivered next day took 10 days to even start progressing.
