Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

Michael (@PharmMH) reportedI’ve wasted about 4 hours over the last few days on the phone to @santanderuk trying to sort an account problem out only to be told go into a branch - branches are open 9:30am to 3pm and 75% are closed at the weekend 🙃. How is this helpful to ANYONE with a job/life??
