    Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

    @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk It won’t help you on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday but you should be able to pay it into a Post Office with your debit card, it takes a few days to clear but it’s easier then schlepping to a far away branch.

    @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk I’ve had 4 Santander’s closed near me and the only remaining bank near me the queues go out the door and down the road and the cash machine never Work’s to deposit a cheque in them telephone banking keeps you waiting 1/2 hour just wait and see what banks profits are this year

    @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk 1- try checking opening hours first, you can do that on your phone 2- most banking apps let you scan the cheque with your phone to deposit it 3- get a post office account if you want a physical service Closing banks is inconvenient for many, but your tweet is just dumb.
