    @santanderuk 2hrs you've kept me on hold trying to confirm an urgent payment. Totally unacceptable, complete intransigence from your people to try and help me. Has cost me a fortune in phone charges from overseas. Will you help me or not?????

    @santanderuk Santander blocked my account while I'm abroad and I have spent over 200 gbp on roaming fees trying to get through to anyone. Its impossible. They refuse to call me back. What can I do?

    @santanderuk it looks like i need to change my business account to a bank where the app is not logging me off every time when I am on mobile data and where the customer service is solving the issue. I have another 2 apps from different banks and they are ok...

    @santanderuk @santanderpb Just had to jump through hoops of fire & answer mny questions with bright lights in my face (might be exaggerating there!) to transfer money from 1 acct to another!! Keep up the good work & don't change. a) It'll slow down my spending! b) My ££ are safe!
