Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderukhelp No, that's not true. That's a page about standing orders. My issue is on app/web, when you pay someone it asks if you want to pay now or later. When you set up pay later there's no way to view, amend or delete that payment unless you phone/chat. That's so stupid. @santanderuk

Can somebody at @TfL and @santanderuk please fix the piece of **** cycle hire app? It never updates and it won't let me hire a cycle at a dock where it says there are none- there are a dozen. I pay an annual subscription and can't access a bike half the time

@santanderuk you are an absolutely disgraceful company! My mum called earlier after having her accounts cleared and was asked “what do you want me to do? Pay money into your account?” SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
