Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp just sat in your Ipswich branch like a lemon for half an hour. Had an appt at 12:15 that I have been trying to arrange for weeks due to no availability and when I finally book an appt, you can’t be bothered to turn up? Cracking customer service 👍🏼

@santanderuk Is this issue still ongoing? Parents both in their 80s had their online shop cancelled at last minute due to issues with card. They’ve spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know what the problem is. Really unacceptable as they don’t know if future grocery shops will work.

Tried making a claim for a broken roof tile with @santanderuk the site auto pings you to @AvivaUK just had a message back from Aviva saying never heard of you and can’t find any insurance. I need to ask Santander what am I paying £116 a month for @santanderukhelp

@santanderukhelp Back in @santanderuk Birkenhead again. Branch opens at 9.30am. At 9.35am one of the two cashiers working the tills stops serving customers and disappears for 5 minutes. Surely whatever she's doing could have been done before opening? Or when there were no customers in the queue?
