Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this Charlotte. Do you know if @santanderuk spoke to anyone using your stolen mobile/left a msg? If yes, then they've breached GPDR. I would make a subject access request for your info as there should be a copy of all the calls & what actions they've carried out

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK The fact that an organised crime gang managed to access secure parts of a Virgin Active gym the same day the security barriers happened to not be working seems a remarkable coincidence to me.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.
