Eamon O'Donoghue (@Eamon_) reported@santanderuk This is not olden time with typewriters or carrier pigeons. We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.
-
Erwin Kooijman (@CancelEverythin) reported@Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.
-
Alan (@metalheed) reported@santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?
-
Claire Menlove (@clairemenlove) reported@santanderuk @TSB If you could simply sort out why I’ve waited 7 working days for a new bank card, I’d be happy with that. #HackedAccount #hackedoff
-
aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported@chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages
-
M.D (@Only1MaxyD) reported@santanderuk Hello, this is what I mean, rather than the customer have to subtract and do a calculation, can this current spend value be shown?
-
orwellvalley (@orwellvalley) reported@santanderuk between @eBay_UK draconian account verification nonsense, which you of course don't work properly with and @klarna knocking back perfectly good cards you issued you've made a complete nonsense of trying to buy anything online. Do you even sit down and test it works?
-
Bharat Sena 🇮🇳 🇮🇱 (@Sshankara) reported@wideawake_media Who are these clown you hire Bank @santanderuk. You should fire these incompetent people for asking a valid customer for reason he needs to withdraw his own money @santander
-
James Hassett (@JamesHassett1) reported@santanderuk Yes I understand that but I’ve spoken with 3 different teams and none of them could help or would transfer me to someone who could help.
-
steven jackson (@Archtech_design) reported@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
