@santanderuk went in branch to cancel an account told phone only 30 mins wait to be transferred.shambles.gonna close them all now bad service.

Was on hold with @santanderuk for an hour before the phone started ringing then went to a voicemail. Now trying to get through again, all while being locked out of the account with no other way to resolve the issue.

Could banks make it anymore difficult to deal with a person!!! @santanderuk @santanderukhelp all I want to do is speak to someone in a branch but no one answers the phone its apparently an impossible task and you close your branches at 4.30pm which is ridiculous!!!!!
