Hi @santanderuk I am overseas and you have blocked a payment, I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours. Its nearly 11pm. When did your customer service levels reach this standard, horrendous!!! The worst experience ever. On hold for ever, same hold music, annoying auto prompt wow!!

@clevybencheton @santanderuk Oh, £75 wouldn't even justify the pain that was inflicted on me having to hear this bloody automated voice interrupting the music every 20sec. If it would just be the music - I genuinely think it would be easier to keep holding and working next to it. But this way...Argh!!!

@leotanczt @santanderuk I'm so sorry to see that! They're so BAD. I had the same issue with a premier account. I couldn't access my account for 72h. But they gave me £75 afterwards, and I closed all my accounts. So yay? (nah)

hi @santanderuk I have no access to my online bank account due to a stolen phone - text code confirmation needed - and a relative has apparently had a phone call about fraud alerts on my account can someone contact me please
