Been trying for over a week to contact @santanderuk on an important matter and can’t get through. 40 minutes today before phone answered then immediately cut off. Branch say can’t help got to be done on phone…useless!

@TheFCA @santanderuk my father 90 has not been able to access his account online for two weeks. Website suggests action on his computer which he can’t do - he’s not an expert in clearing cookies and caches. My bank doesn’t require these kinds of intervention. 1/2

@santanderuk disgusted that my account is blocked and never informed yet had a call Boxing Day morning asking questions on my account which I answered . Stranded in a hotel to pay and couldn’t get petrol to get home and had to ring a someone for help . And still account blocked !

@santanderuk absolute shambles of a company. You spend millions on ads with Ant and Dec making out that you are friendly and wonderful. I have an ongoing issue with you and I’ve never received such poor communication. As a company you do not know what you are doing.
