  @santanderuk your phone queuing system is customer-hostile. Telling a caller that the queue is “More than 5 mins” when in fact it’s >45mins isn’t very helpful. Making customers wait 45mins and then simply dropping their call? Hostile. * repeatably - yes I checked!

  @santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that it’s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
