  @santanderuk your chat facility is terrible. It just send you to a messaging service and then no one replies. You would think trying to get help paying off your balance would be easy but two days later I have had no contact and the app isn’t working

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

  Been waiting 11 days for a replacement card from @santanderuk , told it must be a problem with @RoyalMail RM advised it could be another 7 days as that's normal for 2nd class, so just the 18 days, no big deal. Remember when stuff worked in the UK, more or less? #shitshow

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !
