Diablo (@ARRelectech) reported@UltraDane @santanderuk and all other banks who do this - you are a joke and should be fined millions. Its HIS money, **** all to do with you. I'd find a bank that does let you do what you want with your own money and ditch these parasites - even for worse benefits
-
Erwin Kooijman (@CancelEverythin) reported@Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.
-
HonestHornet (@hornet_honest) reported@santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.

RachT234 (@RachT234) reported@santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters
-
Barry (@Gowithbazza1) reported.@santanderuk, you're asking me questions. You already know the answers to you know what goes into my account and where it's from WTF. I do not have the mental capacity to deal with this **** hull. you're digging me into. Please STOP!!
-
cookaburra (@weyheylad) reported@santanderuk I can't seem to do this could you send me an email address please to contact you as in branch can't seem to help . The email sending the voucher is not replying and time is marching on I do not want to lose the voucher

I'm Nick I am (@AnnoGalactic) reportedMorning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today it’s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.
-
FootFan (@mhoney1234) reported@PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.

Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
