@santanderuk @santanderukhelp your customer service is appalling. Hanging up on the customer isn't very professional, is it. All we wanted to do was change our address!

@MorganBroadcast Your card PIN number is accessible via the @santanderuk banking app. Once they have access to the app they can get your PIN.

@MorganBroadcast Im so sorry. What an incredible stress don’t give up. Fight. I and many others will speed far and wide the horrendous customer protection that @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK have provided. What utter contempt they have for all their clients. I hope life swings toward you xx

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Your mobile phone company should have been contacted and asked to cancel the SIM. Which would stop them using your phone number. They then issue a new sim. Same number. Also if you had find my phone you can lock it I'm sorry this happened to you.get on to virgin to reimburse you!

@MorganBroadcast Based on their Twitter feed it looks like @santanderuk is more interested in wokeness and being part of the ESG scam than delivering good customer service.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk As you state you won’t have section 75 protection and I don’t think chargeback will be of any use, but if it was a Visa debit card, then I believe they have a ‘zero liability’ policy which might help. Sorry for your troubles :(

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Honestly, it sounds like t may have been an employee/former employee working with accomplices. I’m so sorry this happened to you, but the banks actions don’t surprise me at all.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Employ a good solicitor. If you can contact the others then all join together to sue the local gym. I can’t help wonder if it isn’t an ‘inside job’. Surely the gym has cameras? If they don’t work then the gym are responsible as they failed to take due care of their clients.
