    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @santanderuk your phone queuing system is customer-hostile. Telling a caller that the queue is “More than 5 mins” when in fact it’s >45mins isn’t very helpful. Making customers wait 45mins and then simply dropping their call? Hostile. * repeatably - yes I checked!

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
