Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk your call centre may be not an additional charge to my mobile phone, but is readily eating up my inclusive minutes whilst I sit and listen to your awful on hold messaging. What's the excuse today - its too hot??? Sort yourselves out please

@santanderuk currently on holiday in Cuba and have been unable to access my online banking since last Thursday.... While my wife a NatWest customer can use their online service within 10 seconds? Currently on hold for 15mins to UK customer service @£2.50 per minute 👍🏾

@chocbuttons2 @santanderuk I think there's been a massive text attack from fraudsters on Santander customers. My wife eventually got through; she had texts (which showed real transactions) then phone calls both to landline and mobile. Serious **** here. Don't respond.

@David__Osland @punyvikinglass I was scammed months ago and locked my bank account. The temp passwords sent by @santanderuk won’t get me into my online account but had to give up after waiting hours to speak to a human. I need access soon though. #NotEnoughHumans
