@santanderuk You don't support customers, a pensioner I know has had her account blocked by you (including access to her pension to pay for food and heating), she has a severe illness and cannot travel to a branch as you demanded with ID. One of your managers rudely hung the phone up on her!

@Victoria_TMC @TrinityLeeds No worries. There's also the @santanderuk work café but there only semi open. The woods in Chapel Allerton I think do drop in hang out all day working. And the Left Bank in Hyde Park also used to do one for free. But not sure now.

imagine santander leaving me with no access to my money as a student trying to literally survive on what i have in my cupboards for over a month. absolutely ridiculous. worst bank to go to as a student as they’re so unreliable and slow. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp
