Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple

@santanderuk Happens to the best of them - 1st June 2022 Customers of ten banks including Natwest, Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and Monzo experienced problems this morning when they were locked out of their accounts. Thousands of customers were reporting issues at multiple banks
