@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

Dealing with @santanderukbiz / @santanderuk and losing the will - utterly useless...have been on hold for literally hours without resolution. Anyone else infuriated by their service, or am I just unlucky....tried to book a face-to-face appointment and earliest was September!

@faypricey @santanderuk Don’t blame you! I’m thinking of closing all 3 of our accounts. Went to this bank and have stayed with them because of good customer service. It’s no longer the case, why should we stay loyal!?

@santanderuk she's been told it could take 30 days to resolve ,not good enough for an organisation of your size , I'm sure you have teams who can check in 10 mins who transfred her money and what isp it was from , shocking treatment of a elderly customer

Absolutely disgusting service from @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I am following the instruction in letter in response to my complaint, on hold for 90 minutes, try the other number, further 30 minutes, to be told I can’t be out through as it’s a different department. 😡
