Amit Kale (@avkale) reported@santanderuk what do I need to do to get through customer service.. 3 days of 30+ mins of hold time (leading to frustration and disconnect) and then giving up. Debit card locked, can't withdraw money/use the card for purchases. Disappointing service. Sigh!!!

It wasn’t annoying, of course, but then you closed down the 3 nearest branches to me!!!! Is it time to either A. Stop closing branches or B. Use mobile cheque deposit on your apps?
