Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@musicmanleeds Another friend has recommended Chase. Only problem is that it's not online, it's mobile app banking only? But, yes, I told @santanderukhelp @santanderuk that I'd be walking as I am MEGA fed up - & I've been a customer since the days of Abbey National!!!!!
