  @santanderuk not very happy with the response from mortgage services..been a customer of Santander for over 15 years but you are no longer reasonable or fair..your more interested in getting more richer daily by charging more interest..when others less fortunate are struggling!

  Trying to sort out a bereavement issue with @santanderuk @santanderukhelp is impossible. Dunfermline branch is less than useless and their phone support is non-existent. Currently buying shares so I can complain to investor relations and Nathan Bostock personally.

  Anyone else been having issues with the @santanderuk app on iOS? I can view my current account but opening money manager or my mortgage account hangs and the app crashes. Reinstalled many times to no avail. Cc/ @santanderukhelp
