    @santanderuk Hi. I'm trying to pay off a bill, and I'm not receiving the OTP. I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service
