@MorganBroadcast @PeterDbrash Wow, this is absolutely terrible of @santanderuk - I've been with them for years and will be interested to see if they change their stance as it's notaking me feel terribly confident in their security, fraud team or indeed humanity!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they accessed your santander app, they could have used the ‘view PIN’ function. Raise an official complaint & say you will be referring your complaint to the financial ombudsman service, it was bank error, they didn’t follow your instruction for your mobile not to be contacted

@MorganBroadcast Really sorry to hear that happened to you, that's awful! The way @santanderuk has treated you is disgusting. I was considering switching to them recently, and I'm glad I didn't! I really hope you get your money back and the criminal is caught!

@Neil_Buchanan @santanderuk Quite a surprising decision from the bank, most are signed up to a code that will refund fraud as long as the customer hasn't been negligent in the fraud. Can't see how her situation falls under that. Would 100% complain, wait on final response then go to Financial Ombusdman.

@dlknowles @santanderuk @MorganBroadcast If they want to bring a speculative negligence action against their customer that is up to them, but the first step should be to inform them that none of these transactions were authorised, and to require them to be reveresed. /2
