    Email from @santanderuk advising that their branch opening times are going back to those not seen in British banks since the 1980's. 09:30 - 15:00 weekdays & 09:30 - 12:30 weekends. Will we also see them returning to the 'you dare to expect what!' 'customer service' of that time.

    @santanderuk On your website 'Chat with us' button is not functional. I have tried multiple browsers but nothing happens on clicking the button. Also been waiting for 1hr on 0800 917 5630

    @santanderuk have such an excellent security poilicy. It's so good that I cannot even access my own account, even after they verified it's me! They cannot help until my change of address form has been actioned - sent to them three weeks ago. #notahappybunny
