    @santanderuk I've spent over 3.5 hours over 2 days to your helpline and dispute res team to be told to call back on Friday. Your error, not mine, staff can see the issue but don't know how to resolve it, and I'm left £118 out of pocket AND doing the chasing. Not good enough.

    @santanderuk need to hire more customer service staff - even they are outsourced. The amount of times I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes. Sandy live chat needs a new NLP programmer #santander

    @santanderuk 1.5 hours and still waiting for a call to be answered. I appreciate COVID but not great service. Online reps not available. Not happy

    @santanderuk your customer service is appalling. Over 30 minutes on hold then just cut off. Been on hold again for 34 minutes and still not through to anyone. HIRE MORE STAFF! Doesn't matter what time or day I call, always the same message: "We are very busy" no, your not, 1/

    @novakg11 @santanderuk I was recommended to @Milli_Tech he was able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. He even works on banned, locked accounts. I recommend him✅
