    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk They promised that the payments would go down, not up. So they lied. I feel duped, and yes I have called & they said it could take up to 8 weeks to sort a complaint. I really don't believe that. You've caused me major mental distress. I need this sorting NOW

    @lil_gamer_bee @santanderuk Exactly what happened to me, my acc got hacked for two month I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply until i got in contact with @champtoolss who got me back in immediately Dm him he should help with yours too

    Shocking complaints procedure @santanderuk decided to close my both my accounts with them as there POOR customer service. Moving over to a competitor bank 👍🏼👋🏻

    @santanderuk Is this going to be every bank holiday now? My balance actually went up last Saturday only to be taken away on Sunday leaving me in arrears. Go back to Visa, these MasterCard's are terrible

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis why will your app and website not allow me to decrease my overdraft! Continuous errors, this has been like this for months so doubt it is a coincidence
