@santanderuk are built on a load of lies - lie to the customer, lie to save face, gaslight the customer and tell them it is the customers fault, or Royal Mail's fault, or the strikers fault. 25 years i have been with you - i advise people to leave this bank

@santanderuk your customer service is shambolic. I have a new debit card I cannot use and cannot get through to anyone. I literally cannot buy anything as your banks are also shut.

Hey @santanderuk , I have banked with you for over 25 years. If I remember right I have never defaulted on any loans mortgage or DDs …..Ever! In 2022 you you blocked access twice for absolutely no reason at all causing me issues.1/2….

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible
