    @TheFCA @santanderuk my father 90 has not been able to access his account online for two weeks. Website suggests action on his computer which he can’t do - he’s not an expert in clearing cookies and caches. My bank doesn’t require these kinds of intervention. 1/2

    @santanderuk You'll need a lot longer than a moment - the fastest time my many calls over the last 8 months have been answered was 25 minutes! I have been cut off almost every time your advisers have tried to transfer my calls. All this adds to the stress of trying to deal with the issue.

    @santanderuk Trying to open an account, uploading passport as id and it gets rejected over and over. No clue or hint as to problem. Endless loop. Can you provide example or feedback?

    @santanderukhelp @TheFCA @santanderuk I used a complete different computer, an iMac. No good. I tried, as the website suggested, to change the logon details twice. I have no idea if the logon change was successful because there’s no confirmation! Issue is NOT with our computers - the problem is your website design.

    @santanderuk Customer services leave a lot to be desired - months if wasted time. Official Complaint fell on deaf ears, didn't even address the issues. Letter full of spelling and grammatical errors, shows the attitude towards your work. Not good enough - Ombudsman here we come!
