@santanderuk Was advised letter was sent did not receive one. Was asked for I’D and did not have this and unable to get home and back due to your short opening hours- no customer service

Today (day 7) I finally got access to my @santanderuk account again. No notification, apology or anything. Instead a mortgage repayment on the account for an already fully repaid mortgage with them!

@santanderuk How do i get to contact Mike regnier please , my sons complaint has been handled appallingly from a lost letter that was signed for and didn’t make it to fraud team to lack of communication via letter and then a letter arriving on the 4/8/ 22 dated 17/7 just terrible .

@santanderuk pathetic company… its plastered all over your website that I don’t need to notify you if I go to Europe, and then you decline my hotel bill in Italy… what’s the point of having your card? I have issues every time with you
