hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

@Lee_Suffolk @santanderuk Yep, they also withdrew an additional payment (even after they told me this wouldn't happen) and haven't returned it. It's been over 2 weeks. Apparently their "back office" is working on it.

@santanderuk Absolute joke got payments need to do tonight and cant do a simple task online like change a OTP number, keep shutting branches down were can speak to a human putting it all in to customers hands to do online advertise it EASY to do 24 / 7 yet none of it is easy

@santanderuk I informed the branch in London that I would be travelling to India but I have been unable to withdraw money from an ATM on the various occasions I have tried. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient. With very high phone charges I'm reluctant to call. HELP
