@santanderuk Your customer service dept appears to be massively understaffed. Use some of your huge wealth and hire some more people so I can login - I made one payment and you've blocked my online access. On hold for 30 mins now. What is wrong with your overzealous system?

@santanderuk your support is absolutely useless. Nobody answers the phone or the online chat. even the robot's stayed at home. instead of paying Ant and Dec to make promises you can't keep, Why don't you hire some support staff?

Really great… NOT…from @bancosantander @santanderuk paid off my credit card Friday, preloaded it to cover my hotel fees for a week in Barcelona… today, card limit reached. Spoke to customer services for an hour today….

@santanderuk £500 taken fraudulently from my 13 yo son's account, 70minutes on hold, no answer. Shocking customer service. For years we've had accounts with them. Probably switching next week.

@santanderuk Still an issue using a mobile phone. Used laptop to make payments only to have my account blocked. It would be good if you could let your customers know there's an issue before trying to make a payment, your colleagues in Anti Fraud are aware of it, so why not your customers?
