  @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

  @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

  @santanderuk @TSB First experience of using the new payment screens in the Santander Connect account to import a file with multiple payments. You have taken something that was world class and replaced it with something terrible whilst attempting to tell your customers that this is an improvement.

  @santanderuk morning, is there an issue with online payments today? Trying to pay @MeliaHotelsInt but keep getting message The issuing bank cannot be contacted. Try again later I’ve already authorised payment from the banking App ??
