  @santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

  @santanderuk hello. I opened a savings account, I got the number and sort code but I cannot access it online. You sent an email asking for some documents, which I sent already, I never heard back. I'm a bit concerned about putting money in when I can't access it. Can you help?

  Wow, @santanderuk online registration for banking is a complete train wreck: weak password rules, looping web pages, broken data fields, and a nonfunctional chat engine. I think I'll just register for a different bank.
