    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

    @santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    .@santanderuk your automated chat function is really, really terrible and it's impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. God help any pensioner trying to bank with you.
