@santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

@santanderuk Disgusting treatment of my son by Santander. He is a customer and yet you have not helped him over a perfectly reasonable SAR and now he risks failing a security screening for his new job because you have not given him the info he needs! Shame on you!

@santanderuk you are causing me a lot of stress today. had a problem with app. called to fix. now the lady has accidentally locked me out of all online banking. now transferred me to complain and now on hold for 10 minutes after confirming security... 90 minutes in. hel

Nice one @santanderuk , changing the 123 current account to only pay interest if you now have 2 direct debits. How does that help some of your most vulnerable customers that only pay a care home fee by direct debit? #reallynotimpressed

@santanderuk Why is your website so unreliable? My 82 yo mother is at her wits end trying to access her accounts. After the usual overcomplicated rigmarole logging in, she has now been locked out of her accounts & has spent 20 minutes so far in a phone queue trying to sort it!

@santanderuk so annoyed right now. Still no sign of my cheque 4 days after dropped off at post office. Just excuses and untruths from Santander - no actual information. They seem to have no concept of customer service.

@santanderuk online digital assistant may be the worst one in existence. The fact that it just sends you to links on their website instead of actually passing you through to a human being is crap. Honestly THE WORST.
