    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk can't get through on phone, you're helping other people but not me! Why not have a system so we know where we are in the queue? At least we know someone might answer us. No joy on the online chat either. Awful customer service. Gave up.

    @santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!

    @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

    @mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

    @santanderuk Called back & wait time is now 20 mins 🤬 call was regarding a chargeback. It's now regarding a chargeback and a complaint. Your, your voice is your password also doesn't seem to be working 🤬

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬
