@SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam I was upgraded to the latest router as I was having 3 years worth of broadband issues and so sky upgraded me and said I'd be charged an extra £1 on my account each month..
