@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

@SkyHelpTeam Ever since your #skymobile issues a couple days ago, I’m still having issues connecting to internet, using apps etc despite having great signal and either 3 or 4G available. Are there still issues? Each day I’ve been in OX2 and HP7 postcodes so not related to 1 area.

@SkyHelpTeam over 2 hours on to tech and cancellation, had sky Q 24 hours , freezes every 30 mins, 13 mesh reboots?, can't get engineer for 7 days refused to send out new box, froze again talking to cancellation team, suggest we watch sky on a tablet for 7 days, customer 21yr

@SkyUK Poor customer service! Moved house 3 weeks ago. Had an engineer booked for the 1st few days of being in our new house & they couldn’t install our internet. I’ve called endless times since to try & sort with no luck & been promised a call back but heard nothing. Pls help!!
