@SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam my Sky movie channels keep coming up with the ‘no satellite signal’ message. They work one day then not for a couple of days then come back on. I’ve tried the online steps and resetting box etc. Is there an issue with these channels currently?
