    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

    @SkyHelpTeam Instead of making silly posts, why not try and figure out why your broadband service keeps cutting out all over the country. This is the UK, we shouldn’t have to put up with 3rd World connection issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam when I phoned to renew sky I was told I had to change to fibre, didn’t want it, took about 4 engineers until it was up and running . Now a week later it’s down in my area. Never had issues before. Please sort it out.
